Tasted it for the first time and I need more.

Edit: it's been awhile, but in a rare instance, they've gotten even BETTER.

Their turkey seems to have gone up in quality.

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! We now look forward to coming here! Every time we are here she goes above and beyond! THANK YOU!!“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

“Boardwalk has been my go to sub spot for over a decade. Unfortunately I moved to a different state now, but anytime I'm in Grand Rapids I find my way here.
Their menu is great, but one of my favorite things to do is just walk in and have whoever is helping me create their favorite or experiment. This particular evening Kayla and Grace did not disappoint and gave me a great take on their turkey & prostini.
The staff has always treated me great and the quality of food has been consistently wonderful.“

“I’ll give them 5 stars because they have the best tuna fish and I don’t like to hurt anyone’s business but I ordered a double meat Big Kahuna Chicken Cheesesteak and wanted provolone instead of American white cheese. “It felt like the Bahn Mi shop I used to go to in Australia. I can't really rate the food as I was not able to eat it. I am used to them putting chilli's on the sandwich. I would just take them off, B&N seem to have the heat in the pickling juice the vegetables were pickled in. The orginal flavor I got was amazing, then my taste buds ran away. So be warned. Ask and don't assume if you can't handle spicey.“

“Is always a go to spot if I want some subway, its close to center of a lot of spots and houses, so easy to grab on the way. I usually do order to go, so I don't eat in a lot. But they make quality subs, and are most of the time pretty fast with them.

Also use subway coupon codes to save money or get extra, there is usually a couple active per month“

Seems like a dangerous placement, if anything were to happen, the cabinet would fall down directly onto the unsuspecting customer and likely kill them“

But we put a lot of the orders in online ahead and Reesha had many of it done when we arrived, and for those that still need to order, she managed the entire store all by herself. We often submit large orders with substitutions and sometimes have multiple orders in one day. I can’t imagine the volume of orders they get besides us being downtown and the food still manages to get here super quickly. “I stopped by Subway today for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed! The restaurant was spotless, and the staff greeted me with smiles the moment I walked in. My sandwich artist took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it — fresh veggies, perfectly toasted bread, and the right amount of sauce.

You could tell all the ingredients were fresh; the tomatoes were crisp, the lettuce was bright, and the bread smelled amazing. I tried the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herb & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

The service was quick even during the lunch rush, and the employees seemed to take real pride in their work. The dining area was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me want to stay a little longer.

The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“
