“If there was a 10 stars I would put it without a second thought. This was the best Jimmy Johns experience. The staff was friendly and outgoing, not to mention the front desk guy was having such a good day that he decided to give us free medium drinks and free pickle. And the food was delicious. This is seriously why Jimmy Johns is my favorite fast food joint“
“So, for most delivery apps/services, there's a "Leave at Door" option. If I don't select that option, I expect at the very least a knock at the door to let me know my food is here...but the expectation is that I'm going to recieve my food directly from the delivery person's hands to mine. If I don't know when my food has arrived and I *haven't* checked the box for you to leave it at my door - what makes you think it's okay to just drop it on the floor and dip out? Do you expect that I'm just sitting at the peep hole with nothing better to do? Or maybe you expect me to drop what I'm doing every three minutes to check the stoop to see whether or not my food has actually been delivered so it doesn't get cold/soggy? What makes this even WORSE and adds bitter insult to injury is when I *always* tip 25% for delivery (on top of the $3.50 delivery fee that Jimmy John's keeps for themselves and does NOT go to their drivers) - and part of my order is MISSING!? I don't know - nor, frankly, do I give a rat's pinky toe about - WTF is going on with this location, but they need to get their act together. As someone who's worked in the service industry his entire life, this ish is unacceptable - especially as someone who's being generous with his tips, because of course I understand and appreciate what living on tips is like (even though your drivers are making 2-3× more hourly than I am). But if y'all can't even do the bare minimum. Is it the end of the world? Of course not. Have I let this slide the last 4-5 times I've ordered from here? Yeah. You get ONE more shot. Next time this BS happens, I'm gonna go full Karen on you guys. "Freaky Fast" my foot, and y'all are constantly out of half the menu anyway. ?“

“The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.“
“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“
“Food is great, had a pick 2 with salad and a potato. The potato could have more condiments and cheese, but the salad was a great and a generous size. Another person had a good sandwich with lotsa meat. Wonderful service and place is super clean.“
“Amazing experience. They were incredibly sweet when we ordered on the phone and when I arrived the lady was really friendly. She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. The ham and cheese was exactly what you want in a ham and cheese, and the buffalo chicken was incredible. The salad was delicious too. Definitely our new sub spot.“
