This is the second time I have been to this location and both times were a disappointment. First time I ordered a BLT add cucumbers they neglected that I asked for cucumbers. Today I got a Turkey Tom add cucumbers, extra tomatoes and they managed to get that correct however there was only 2 slices of meat on my entire sandwich.
The Byron Center location only allows you to order online. You can't call and place an order. You have to do it online. And then you can open the door and pick up your order. I found it kind of ridiculous that I couldn't place an order over the phone. Regardless my sandwich was made well. But the employees were kind of annoyed oh, like I should have already known this online only thing.
