I thought I'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it "Sarah the Beautiful". The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly".
*edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. Can't really say on the service since I ordered through the website.. But it did tell me it would let me know when it was ready which it didn't.
It was my first time here, didn't realize you had to go up to the counter to tell them you have a pick up order.. I thought they put on the rack for pickup orders.. Otherwise everything else was good!
