Nice place, but I visited during lunch hour so a bit crowded. Still the food was good and the staff were friendly and courteous.Vegetarian options: There are some options and even at least one submarine sandwich that is fully vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Rather kid friendly with some menu options for little tummies.Wheelchair accessibility: Some wheelchair access and a couple of tables.Dietary restrictions: Ordering staff are willing to work with the customer about dietary restrictions.
Usually I would give jjs a great review but this time, ordering from their website, their workers really messed up our order today. In addition to taking a long time to get here.There were no modifications done to the sandwiches. So the ones that I requested no mayo and no tomatoes on, all had mistakes. We found burnt paper, and hair inside another sub. And when the order arrived it was covered in soda.These workers for this order really brought my opinion of this place down.

The guy that took my order was so very rude. We were the only ones in there and he acted as if I was holding up the line. My son likes to go there, and that will be the only reason I will ever go back. They should vet their people better. The food was very good.
