I keep having bad experiences at this Jimmy John’s. My first bad experience was I had food delivered to work and I couldn’t afford to tip that day and the delivery driver asked my works front desk why I wouldn’t tip then she called me to ask if I would like to add a tip. Very unprofessional. It also seems like every time I order they don’t update the tracking when they drop off so food has sat at the front desk for awhile. Today I got a little John which I always do but there was barely anything on it. There was hardly any meat. This location is not great at all.

This is the lowest rating I have ever given them. I ordered the turkey Tom and it only came with one slice of turkey. So disappointing. Not good guys, not good!

Still a great bargain with their little john subs you can eat a meal for under $10 with chips & a pop, bustling location so be prepared it gets busy but the subs are good!

The guy that took my order was so very rude. We were the only ones in there and he acted as if I was holding up the line. My son likes to go there, and that will be the only reason I will ever go back. They should vet their people better. The food was very good.

Still the food was good and the staff were friendly and courteous.Vegetarian options: There are some options and even at least one submarine sandwich that is fully vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Rather kid friendly with some menu options for little tummies.Wheelchair accessibility: Some wheelchair access and a couple of tables.Dietary restrictions: Ordering staff are willing to work with the customer about dietary restrictions.

Usually I would give jjs a great review but this time, ordering from their website, their workers really messed up our order today. In addition to taking a long time to get here.There were no modifications done to the sandwiches. So the ones that I requested no mayo and no tomatoes on, all had mistakes. We found burnt paper, and hair inside another sub. And when the order arrived it was covered in soda.These workers for this order really brought my opinion of this place down.

Doesn't matter if the order is incorrect, if you order something and they deliver something you're stuck paying for it. Not surprising you're supposed to add the tip before you see the order.
