We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. “On January 5, 2024 at 9:58 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. A recorded voice said the store had just closed. I was going to pull away when a very nice young lady with medium length brown straight hair and a black sweater/jacket on (I didn't get her name) walked up to my truck and offered to take my order. She then ran in to the restaurant and met me at the window and finished the transaction. I am very appreciative of her efforts. The other two people (one a young man that was dressed like a manager) that waited on me were also so polite and friendly. The young lady who waited on me deserves 10 stars! Also, from the drive-thru window you can see in the kitchen and I was very impressed with how clean the place looked, and how neat the staff looked. So incredibly different compared with the service provided at the other fast food places in the area. Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. Great food, clean environment, exceptional service. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. “I went in there and I was greeted even though the place was busy. They still managed to pay attention to each customer who came in. I ordered cheese fries and a custard and all of that came in an astonishing fast time. I sat there and the table I chose was cleaned down and I enjoyed my food. “Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

I had been to another location before and was impressed with the burger, but offset by the price. I have since been on a mission to find the best burger, understand what makes burgers great, and understand a lot better now that Five Guys has an amazing thing going.

- Double Cheeseburger: One of the best I’ve had (and I have had a lot of them)! Juicy, tasty, and high quality meat. The cheese was not fully melted, but everything else was spot on! I can see better now why they are popular. It is a GREAT VALUE for the price (though it is a bit more expensive). Gastropubs I’ve visited are not this good and they charge more.

- Service: Quick and a bit pressured, but focusing on efficiency. Their burgers take a bit longer to get, but it is so worth it! They make everything to order and you are not left with stale food. They were very clear whose order was up, too.

- Atmosphere: The decor hearkens back to the 50’s, but is modern enough. The walls are littered with official magazine covers and articles reviewing their awesome burgers, displaying their pride. There isn’t a ton of seating, but enough. It’s not meant to be a long visit with a friend.

Bathroom was clean and new, though the paper towel dispenser didn’t dispense very quickly.

Visited on a Monday at 5:00-5:15 PM.

Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses. There was enough when I stopped by, but it was filling up a bit. If it was full, there was still plenty of parking around. It would just be a bit of a walk.“

“It's taco bell.That being said, this location is cleaner than most. I came in around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite. The workers were jamming. I got my food in minutes.I've historically had issues with this location, where Ive arrived in the later hours and this place was closed but hours on Google said it was open. That was frustrating for the several times it happened. Not sure if that was a staffing issue?Either way, it looks like it got remodeled and has more staff now. I'll come by again

Vegetarian options: My go to option is the Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no nacho cheese, add lettuce, tomato and extra rice and red sauce, then grill it. I get like 3 of those and it's 6 bucks.Ask to have the burritos Fresco style if you want it Vegan (It additionally takes off the creamy jalapeno sauce which has eggs)“

“Great prices, good food. I got the 6 wing combo with 1 piece tilapia fries and a drink. Also a side of chicken fried rice. The honey bbq wings were delicious ? I wish the fish was a little more crispy but overall over pretty by good. Service was friendly and quick“

“This Tacobell is the best in GR. They always get your order right and the workers are attentive and seem to enjoy their work. The food looks great, not slapped together and most of the time it tastes fresh. There was one time I had tomatoes that tasted stale and watery, but it might have been old stock last day usage. “I can say the checkers on 28th St is way better than the checkers on Michigan St. This place was way cleaner, sandwiches weren't sloppy made, food was fresh it was hot. Service was good, cashier was nice and polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this checkers over Michigan St.“

“I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“

“Great value and pizza for 2 vegans. We shared the $11 option and it was just right for us. I highly recommend this place for a cheap good eat if you want pizza and hate vegan cheese. I'm sure the normal pizza is good to. The service was good but also a little strange. We never paid. At the end of eating we had to go up and ask to pay. I feel like you should pay before getting the pizza. I worry it's easy for someone to just leave, I hope not. They seemed like good people.

Vegetarian options: We're vegan, not vegetarian but this place can even accommodate us. Normally we would never have pizza because vegan cheese just sucks but this pizza was not bad. I think the key is having the right amount of cheese.

“I used the taco bell app and drove to several taco bell locations until I finally found the right one and the lady their first told me I could switch the location and that they other locations should have told me that and she gave me a large Baja blast instead of a medium because I drove all over trying to find the right taco bell it was the taco bell in cascade if I remember correctly but it was kinda a funny experience they had my food ready obviously since I took forever but that was funny definitely appreciated the size up cause it was a lot driving around but yeah good experience ?????“

“We usually go to the LJS near our home but were out on the other end of town. We were met by a lady named Andrea, whom I believe was the manager. She flashed us a big smile with a hearty “welcome”. “This location is the best McDonald's in the area, the food is always fresh and hot and the staff are really friendly, the inside and outside are nice and clean. You want a good McDonald's to go to, this is the one, the other locations in the area are awful, avoid them and come here instead.

Parking: Wish they had more mobile order parking spots, but parking is otherwise decent.

“After searching for the best fried chicken in Grand Rapids, I found this place and decided to give it a try.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcome.
I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat, resisting the temptation to get some seafood as well.
My order was ready in 20 minutes, just as promised.

Back in my truck, I eagerly dug into my meal.
Knowing what good fried chicken tastes like, I was thrilled to find it was absolutely delicious—tasty, crispy, and juicy.

“Just wanted to share what an awesome experience I had here today! As normal, I placed an order to go online and hoped I would be able to leave and pick up my order close to the set time. As life would have it, I was busy at the time when my order was going to be ready. When I got a free moment I called in to ask them to put my salad in the fridge as I was running late. “The guy that took my order was so very rude. We were the only ones in there and he acted as if I was holding up the line. My son likes to go there, and that will be the only reason I will ever go back. They should vet their people better. The food was very good.“
