“You better wear multiple socks when eating these gyros, they’ll knock them all off! The best in town for a good reason, the quality of the meat off the shank is too notch. I get the gyro, or the black and white (lamb/chicken) when I go in and not only the meat but the pita bread is what you get in the best delis in NYC and Philly. “On January 5, 2024 at 9:58 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. A recorded voice said the store had just closed. I was going to pull away when a very nice young lady with medium length brown straight hair and a black sweater/jacket on (I didn't get her name) walked up to my truck and offered to take my order. She then ran in to the restaurant and met me at the window and finished the transaction. I am very appreciative of her efforts. The other two people (one a young man that was dressed like a manager) that waited on me were also so polite and friendly. The young lady who waited on me deserves 10 stars! Also, from the drive-thru window you can see in the kitchen and I was very impressed with how clean the place looked, and how neat the staff looked. So incredibly different compared with the service provided at the other fast food places in the area. Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. Great food, clean environment, exceptional service. Thank you!!!“

“Just wanted to share what an awesome experience I had here today! As normal, I placed an order to go online and hoped I would be able to leave and pick up my order close to the set time. As life would have it, I was busy at the time when my order was going to be ready. When I got a free moment I called in to ask them to put my salad in the fridge as I was running late. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. There was one person sitting in a booth when we sat down at the only other "clean" table in the place (we still needed to wipe it down ourselves). “I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it. I was apologized to and they took full responsibility that the order was made but never made it out for delivery. They remade it fresh again and said they'd get it out immediately for delivery. They then proceeded to refund my full purchase price including the delivery fee. The person who delivered our order apologized again and said they threw in 2 free cookies as well. I about cried because I felt so valued as a customer. Seems like nowhere does these kinds of things anymore when an honest mistake is made. Way to go Potbelly!! You have a customer for life. “It's taco bell.That being said, this location is cleaner than most. I came in around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite. The workers were jamming. I got my food in minutes.I've historically had issues with this location, where Ive arrived in the later hours and this place was closed but hours on Google said it was open. That was frustrating for the several times it happened. Not sure if that was a staffing issue?Either way, it looks like it got remodeled and has more staff now. I'll come by againVegetarian options: My go to option is the Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no nacho cheese, add lettuce, tomato and extra rice and red sauce, then grill it. I get like 3 of those and it's 6 bucks.Ask to have the burritos Fresco style if you want it Vegan (It additionally takes off the creamy jalapeno sauce which has eggs)“
