AI order system was frustrating and obnoxious. Go to window, had to double confirm order. Then they had us drive around to the other drive-thru lane. Very awkward. Drinks had no ice, was supposed to have a large and a medium, got 2 mediums. Seemed very understaffed. Workers were respectful, but I don't plan on going to this location again. Checkers used to be one of my favorites, hate to see how disappointing they've become
Hours are not correct. I came before 11 and they were already closed
Ordered a hot dog kids meal, plain. Received a hot dog topped with chili and onions. The cherry cola was disgusting. The food also took nearly 10 minutes to come out when there was no one else in line. Also, none of the employees seemed to be trained on how to smile, or show any signs of politeness
