I was delivering and it confused me a little that they have a separate lane for drivers...but it was neat also. They forgot the customer's sundae, so I felt really bad as I was already reassigned new deliveries...
I love the food at Checkers. We have one in Bay City where I'm from and the food is always good. Smiles on everyone's face and always happy and quick to get you your food.

The employees are what makes or breaks an establishment, this particular location is hot or cold. Sometimes there will be a friendly face, sometimes it seems like everyone is having a bad day - positive consistency would be much appreciated. Maybe more management present.
