Got the wrong order after a long day just wanted a baconzilla and I get home and it’s 2 fish sandwiches I won’t eat and 2 apple pies i won’t eat. You try and call the number no the receipt and nothing. I used to go here all to the time but now it seems like they can’t get it together. After all the time on the road I’m not heading back to get it fixed it’s supposed to be fast and easy.

Messed up my order and was told to get a refund through the app but it tells you to contact the store directly. I called the number and it rings and rings and no one ever actually answers the phone. Submitted a complaint through my order and it said I would get a response in 2-3 days which I have not. Bad experience in general I guess I will try to visit to voice my complaint in person since no one can be bothered to answer at all!!

I want to hear the other day and they're using an automated drive-thru system and we got complete wrong food and pulled back up and told the speaker that we had the wrong order and it asked if we wanted fries with a double cheeseburger. An automated AI speaker is absolutely worse thing for their service
