“Over all another great visit at Raising Cane's. The food was great, our meal was ready before i even sat down. They keep the place mighty clean, with someone always cleaning tables after guest finish their meal. That would be my quibble, we were sitting at a low table next to a hightop, when the employee started spraying the Hightop, overstay landed on our table, and the mopping up threw a few food particles on our table. Better attention to detail required, and a little training to be mindful of cleaning that would not disturb nearby guests is needed.“

“Came here for lunch on a Tuesday after my daughter's appointment. Was greeted by Pettra and she took our order. She helped me save a bit of $ by doing the 2 for $6 they have right now and also noticed my daughter didn't get a drink with her food so she did not hesitate to get us a cup for water (my daughter loves water so it was awesome!) awesome customer service there! “The food is similar to Popeye. Chicken, fish, shrimp, and sides. Most locations that I'm aware of are located in Marathon gas stations. This particular one is on 44th street in Kentwood, Michigan. The food is pretty tasty for the most part but I think that the owners of both the gas station and the restaurant needs to focus heavily on cleaning both areas of the businesses.“

“I did not expect to leave a 5-Star review at this Arby’s location at all today, but i feel too strongly about my experience not to. I’ve had poor experiences here in years past, however today, my family and I decided to give it another try. When I walked in, a friend in the area called me and said he has spun out in the snow and needed help. I didn’t have a shovel or anything in my car, so I asked if they had one I could borrow from the restaurant, and they were completely understanding and let me use the shovel. I was able to go rescue him and he was extremely grateful. I went back to Arby’s to return the shovel and they were all extremely friendly. We then ordered our food and got wonderful and lightning fast service. The food was incredible, on top of everything else. This location has 100% redeemed itself and has a very special place in my heart after being responsible for saving someone during a blizzard. I would leave so many more stars if possible.“

“My favorite Burger King in the area! The staff are always friendly and smiling. I have never had a long wait at this location. The food always gets to me fast and fresh. They have a Freestyle soda machine, so they have better options than most places. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and well maintained.“

There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! I’ve always appreciated Panda Express for a quick meal, but this visit took about 25 minutes. The biggest opportunity for improvement was communication. A simple “Welcome! We’ll be right with you” would have made waiting feel much better.

Once Selema helped me, she was kind, patient, and focused on getting my order right. I needed a little extra time to decide because everything looked so fresh, colorful, and appetizing!

The cooks were working hard to keep the food coming. Pham, the manager, appeared to interact positively with her team, and another employee was moving throughout the restaurant to help wherever needed. Charie also made my wait more pleasant by taking time to speak with me and ask my name. Those personal touches matter!

Despite the steady customer traffic, the lobby and bathrooms were impressively clean. You guys know I usually do a review on the bathrooms because the bathroom space is important! I picked up meals for my elderly parents and appreciated the value. While waiting, I also learned about Panda Express catering and its community giving.

My visit ended with my bag being placed on the counter before the employee turned and walked away without a thank-you or goodbye. A little coaching on greeting customers, acknowledging delays, and closing each interaction warmly would make a noticeable difference. The place was clean, but the atmosphere was not so cheery because of the poor customer service because it was very spotty.

Good food, great value, clean surroundings, and several caring employees. A more consistent customer service experience would bring it all together. Yes, I would return!“

Paris took complete ownership—personally putting every single item together with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Despite the size of the order Paris ensured everything was freshly prepared, perfectly portioned, neatly packed, and ready exactly on time. There were no missing items, no mistakes, and the food arrived looking and tasting fantastic.
