“Food is good but seems to be trending down. Service is decent but it seems like the last few times I've been they have given me smaller sizes then ordered and it's on the receipt as large or they have forgotten my fries or onion rings. I understand it's fast food and things happen but 3 visits and issues all 3 times. Not a good sign.“

“The food was good, it was hot and tasty. The associates were friendly and professional. We asked for mayo and lettuce after we got our crispy chicken sandwiches. The associates were more than happy to provide them with a smile. I highly recommend this McDonald's location.“

“Went inside to order food to go. I was greeted and the order was taken quickly. My kids are at the stage where they want plain burgers only. Great, that's fine.However when food was passed out in the vehicle, one sandwich was not made as ordered. The kid who had an unwanted pickle on their sandwich was not happy and everyone in the vehicle knew about it.“
“Had a hiccup with my order and had to drive all the way back to the sticks of Plainwell before I realized it. They replaced it a few days later the whole order ( when they could have just replaced the 3 items only on the order ) without issue or attitude just pure wholesome customer service and courtesy drinks on them for my kids and I. Total respect for the front counter and drive thru order taker for being so decent with me when I started to feel anxious with my kids she made me feel understood and accepted. “Stopped in from out of town to grab lunch and we had the best experience! It took less than 5 minutes from the time we walked in the door before our food was at the table. We were greeted and the staff said goodbye on our way out too. Would give 10 stars if I could, they exceeded all expectations!“
“I just had an olive burger, fries and onion rings. Years back, I worked at Mr Fables for a few years, and feel my authority on the matter is pretty justified. I can't say enough how good my meal was. REAL onion rings, not that swill Burg€r King sells. The highest compliment I can give is I couldn't have done better myself, and I couldn't have done better myself.“
“We ordered a party sub on Nov 9th for our wedding party of 40 people. When I got there they were very nice and were ready with the party sub and all the fixings! The manager was very helpful and helped put it in my car, which would have been hard without her help. They made sure we had everything we needed. Great service! Great Sub!! “It's in the J and H gas station. I have not had the food but they have a wonderful selection of drinks. Many different creams for coffee including almond milk based flavored cream, all in bottles rather then tiny cups. They have coke zero in the fountain and also have the option of the GOOD ICE and also Ice cubes in the fountain. My husband and I stop just for the drink selection.“
