“I was at the Culver's today and it was great. The food was great. I got 3 Deluxes for my family and I and they were very good. The employees were so nice and helpful! They were very cheerful too. My little brother and I both went in there. The staff was so friendly to both my brother and I even though we were both nervous. We usually go out dining with our family but it was just him and I today. They eased our nerves and made ordering and receiving the food easy. I especially liked the waitress. She brought the food out to my brother and I with a smile. She made us feel like we were guests at her home. We will be coming back. Thank you so much Culver's for having such great employees. We loved the service.“
“Decided to try a protein bowl for the first time, the staff were helpful with walking me through the process. I observed the staff working well together. Friendly and efficient! Clean store. Only complaint would be that cucumbers are no longer available.“
“Definitely one of if not the nicest pizza guy I've ever seen. This spot has the class of a red robin or even an olive garden. The pizza was hot and so fresh that the cheese was super stringy and it was perfect. The crust just wasn't as crispy as my gal and I like but other than that..... “
“My home town Mcdonalds never disappoints. I always have confidence that I'll get the right food or it'll be made right without hassle. I can always count on exceptional management as well. During breakfast, managers like Ellie and Mary make sure to go above and beyond for the customer. It's always a warm welcome. During later hours managers such as Kierstyn have helped to ensure the quality and correctness of my order no matter what time. I wish to see this kind of leadership and integrity throughout all McDonald's.“
“While I was dining here with a friend a worker named cardelle came to my table and picked stuff up even though he did not have too and was a very frendly guy and everyone working here it looked like they all got a long like a family overall a very good fast food experience.“
“The staff here is always super friendly, our orders are always correct, and the food is typically fresh. I don't live in Hastings, but whenever we are in the area we stop by the "good Taco Bell" because this location is much better than any of the locations in Grand Rapids. It's refreshing to see staff working together, getting along, and creating a positive environment for customers.“
“I've seen a lot of negative reviews on the Hastings location, but I was on my way home and seriously craving an old school Whopper. Ordered my Whopper special sideboard, small fries. Didn't wait long, all the gals working were very polite. Fries lacking salt, but hot and crispy. Got home to do the big reveal of my Whopper and was so excited that it was everything I asked for. As a bonus, it was wrapped tight so I wouldn't make a huge mess. My only low score is because I didn't see the inside. Keep up the good work and continue to make improvements! Your efforts make the difference!“
“We used the drive thru for ice cream. My hubby and son like the chocolate malts (the only nearby place with malts, not just shakes). We take our dog for a "pup cup", a road trip and a treat. This Dairy Queen is a sentimental favorite. Hubby brought me a butterscotch shake after each of a children were born. Gotta love ice cream!!! Lot's of choices and lots of fun.Kid-friendliness: It's kid and family friendly but the tables were really close together. I guess that's good for spreading out the family but not so good for an older couple who came to dine in.Parking: Large parking lot with lots of driving lanes.Wheelchair accessibility: As required by the law, there is a wide ramp to enter.“
