I had a frustrating situation happen today while trying to pickup food for a doordash delivery. I went to make a complaint about staff and was quite heated as Director Elijah Smith took me aside. I was being very brutish and at first I don't think we saw eye to eye, but Elijah took his time to thoroughly listen to my complaint about some frustrations with staff and delivery drivers. He was very attentative and patient, even with me being unfair to him, and that is quite rare in management nowadays. It sincerely humbled me that he was willing to give me his time and listen as he did. I definitely will be eating here more.“

“I have never once been disappointed by subway but I was thoroughly delighted when I came in, my sandwich artist Sam, was polite friendly and overall a good vibe. Despite my several additions to the sandwich he added enough that I was satisfied with the amount without everything making a mess when I finally sat down to eat.“

“when i got to the speaker i could hear the stress in her voice. However when i arrived at the window i was greeted with a huge smile and she had my shake in hand! she apologized for the wait she explained there were only 2 employees and she would get our order ASAP.
again she brings the food with a smile (just minutes later) and takes the time to say thank you for being patient and i hope you an amazing meal......she even remembered our sauces and napkins!!!! Anna was amazing !“

They all know my daughter and treat her like family!!! We love it so much, we had her birthday party there!! Which they were able to handle 20+ people without an issue!!!“

And their taco sauce is crazy addictive, better than taco bell and hasn't changed in flavor profile regardless of state or city I've been in. “Things have really stepped up since management is different. Arman is really nice and make sure he speaks to everybody at the window as well as Dalila. Also there’s another female that’s a manager and I cannot think of her name but she is really really nice as well. Everything has just stepped up. I can’t say how great they’re doing. “Me and my family including 6 children were stranded here while our car over heated. We all got sandwhitches for a great price. The staff was soooooo nice, accommodating and professional!

The atmosphere was safe even though we were there until about midnight. We were so grateful for the great people we came across at this subway!“

“Definitely a really good Subway. Really fresh tuna on the tuna sub. The staff was super friendly and there was no wait in line as it was about two in the afternoon. I asked for extra spinach and fore once they stuffed it full of spinach. The tomatoes were fresh, which was a surprise in February.

“I have avoided subway for a long while now. Because of portions and rude workers. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Jo, put a fair amount of toppings and meat on both my subs. She explained to me the the subway standard amount, and I left happy! I will definitely be back at this location! She deserves a raise!“

“By far the best Jimmy John's in-shop experience. I've been a regular at several different Jimmy John's in the Southwest Michigan region and this one is the best. Service is highly personable, very swift, and greatly engaging. “Subway is Subway. Good mediocre subs. Meat is not sliced fresh, maybe that day or the previous but not like others who actually slice meat per order. I still go there because they have never had fresh sliced meat anyway. So I'm used to it for a quick bite.“

Not busy. Ate in. Used kiosk for my order. While I was waiting, the kind staff member asked if I had my drink cup yet, which I did not, so he handed it to me while I waited.

The order took longer than expected but not unbearably long. The impossible burger was overcooked and black on the bottom. It was still edible but not as good as I’ve had at other locations. I ordered extra pickles and there were so many that I was shocked. Well done!

Onion rings were tasty. Fries were squishy and stuck together.

The location was reasonably clean. Bathroom seemed pretty tidy.
