Steven has awesome customer service skills and he’s an amazing person. He and that one manager who’s literally there from sunrise to sunrise are a great team. They make sure our food is fresh and we literally have no complaints. This is my favorite BK location in Battle Creek.
These poor workers are understaffed and busy at this time. (7pm on a Thursday night, and everyone and their mother wants burger king.) If I could rate the customers that were in the restaurant at the same time as me, i would give them less than 1 star if that was possible. People were mad at the workers for waiting so long for their food, and sure the workers got a little attitude, but only after the customers had attitude first.
