“I typically go to the Culver’s on Westnedge but I thought I’d give this location a shot. The place was clean, and when I had an issue with my order, Brandon (one of their staff members) helped me out with amazing service. I’m definitely going to make sure I come back to this location.“

“Pizza was delicious and price was great, although attitude of young person who started the pizza could be improved a bit. A smile and friendly greeting goes a long way re: guest relations. Otherwise, once the pizza was passed to the next preparer, we had a terrific experience. Good pizza, plenty of toppings, good cheese and nice crisp on the crust. We'll return.

Dietary restrictions: The offer GF and cauliflower crust. I've had the cauliflower crust (yum).

Parking: It's in a strip mall so plenty of parking.“

“I frequently eat here and also pick up many, and I mean many DoorDash orders, especially since this is one of the only steak and shakes within. I wanna save 30 or 40 miles. That is 24 hours. I want to point out that the staff members here are friendly and kind Even when they are being Overwhelmed with orders both from DoorDash deliveries. Especially on weekends and/or sporting events related to Western games on top of Unscheduled and on prepared for Charter bus loads of walk-ins. This is unusual

“Qdoba is my go-to spot!

I always visit the West Main location, but today we visited the Qdoba there on Westnedge Ave. and Whites Rd. I didn’t expect the same great customer service that we’ve come to enjoy from the Gull Rd. location, but that is EXACTLY what we got!

Team Qdoba has done it again!

This time we were serviced by Trinity, and the lovely Ms. Opal. The day that I come into this store and her warm smile is not there to greet me; I will certainly shed a tiny tear. ?

Opal is now a staple energy at this store, she takes good care of her customers and I feel she genuinely want to bring a little joy to someone’s day. She’s ALWAYS positive, ALWAYS smiling, and always doing her best.

Thank ? for being such a breath of fresh air Opal. This should be noted! ?

And to Young Trinity: The masterpiece you prepared for me (a Nacho Bowl), turned out to be a party in my mouth☺️. Thank you.

“Always accurate and friendly. Taco Bell seems to be the only chain that has their sh*t together since the covid era. I work nights, so I use drive thrus after 11pm. There is always drama elsewhere..short staffed or cash only or one time I was hit with a, "online orders only". It's nice knowing that when I come here, and this goes for several other tacos bell locations, I can just pay for my food and go home without compromising in some way. Thank you for doing your jobs and functioning!!!!!!!!“

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. And if they did, I wouldn't have been bothered because of how great your interactions are with the crew.This place is pretty quick too. Great place to stop for lunch. I'll say this place is much better than the Taco Bell closest to my home.“

“I once knew someone who knows the real Taco Bob. I love their walking tacos. Sometimes I stop downtown in Kalamazoo and grab two because I'm greedy. I'm a simple guy with a complex perspective so I decided to go to the Taco Bob's in Portage. I wanted soft tacos instead of walking tacos... Let's just say I bit off more than I could chew because I've been addicted ever since! And now it's a FIGHT for my LIFE!! AND MY SANITY!! Parking: Don't try to park on the brick street just park next to it or next to the library or go to a parking ramp nearby. I like the roof. Find an open space somewhere not too far and take a nice walk.“

“I'm not a regular Checkers customer. This location had no lobby or inside order or eating area. I went to walk up window. I wasn't familiar with 5 for $5 menu nor any of the menu so I was reading the menu trying to find items texted to me. The worker started off polite and kind but eventually showed frustration. The food smelled fresh and all of it was eaten. Signage could've been better for parking. Small parking area. I will go back only if asked. Not my kind of atmosphere.“

I have never had a bad experience coming here which is impressive considering how often that is. The consistent food quality and the people you employ keep me a "regular" customer. “This is the best Subway in the entire Kalamazoo area .. in fact it is one of the best in the county. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the food is fresh. I very rarely am able to put up a positive review on restaurants in the area.. This is one of a very few.“
