“Took my daughter and wife here for a lunch. Little nostalgia from the good old days .... We were eating enjoying ourselves, and the manager start to walk out. He smiles and interacts with a baby and family. Then makes his way to us. Ask all the normal things. Then tells us he had been working there almost forever (loving it you can tell). Tells how he has seen weddings, party's, catered a few times. It was nice to hear and made our meal a little bit more special. I really appreciated that.“

Like, didn't have the Qdoba app or rewards before, but best bet I downloaded it and will be returning for more absolutely fire Tae-made bowls. 10/10. Absolutely phenomenal. Customer service: exemplary. Food quality: superb. It feels strange to call Qdoba transcendent, but Tae made it happen.“

“I stopped by Blaze Pizza in Cerritos late on the 4th of July, about 15 minutes before closing. I was second-guessing it at first because sometimes late-night food can feel like “End of the Night” quality, but that was not the case here.

The young lady and gentleman working were friendly, took my order quickly, and had my pizza ready before closing. I was really glad they were open because McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or Jack in the Box did not sound appetizing.

The pizza tasted fresh and was great quality. Now that I know this location is open late, Blaze will definitely be one of my late-night go-to spots!“

“I come here way more than I should admit to. Multiple times a week. The staff at this particular location are always friendly, efficient, and all around do a great job. I have never had a bad experience coming here which is impressive considering how often that is. The consistent food quality and the people you employ keep me a "regular" customer. “This was my first time stopping at this Qdoba. I could tell from the line they were short staffed. But I have to say this was the best service I’ve ever had at any Qdoba. When I arrived there was only one gal working the food line was also working the register but she managed to acknowledge each person waiting in line, apologizing for the delay. She was quick & efficient and very friendly! Her manager jumped in to help and he was also very friendly, making sure the food was fresh before serving. The food was great, the service was great! I sure wish I could remember the gals name who was working so hard, so I could make sure her manager knows to keep her!! I’m pretty sure her name began with a “T”. 😊. I’ll definitely be going back there!“

“My last visit might have been my best visit to Jimmy Johns. I've always had good service but my last visit was especially great. It might have been the friendliest service I've received anywhere this year. Additionally, my sub was packed with ingredients. I could've easily eaten half of the sandwich and been full for hours, but I couldn't stop eating it.“

“I had such an awesome experience walking in for a company birthday lunch order. My cashier was very friendly and helpful in breaking down and even labeling our orders so they were easy to hand out. She also wrote Happy Birthday on our birthday person's portion of the order. Another employee caught up with us when we were leaving to make sure we had enough napkins and utensils.
I don't care what any other chicken places say. Lee's was the first one here and in my opinion, they still have the best chicken and the best service with employees that treat you like local vip guests in their business. I will always keep my loyalty there!

“truly a great arbys. i always come in on the weekends and always see the same~ staff almost every time i come in. what i assume to be two managers, (based on the shirts) i forgot the specific names but one had a general manager name tag and he was super pleasant with amazing customer service, and the other one was younger but tall and amazing customer service as well. i have never met such nice workers. i came in this evening though and my order was ok but the customer service was as good as it normally was. i guess i will stick with weekend afternoons as the evenings it seems the workers are a little cranky, but overall they get my order right and typically have great attitudes. keep it up you two!“

“Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.“

“Ordered through the drive through and the women barely knew what was going on. then we get to the window to pay and completely my fault i accidentally used the wrong card on apple pay, the woman at the window still asked if we wanted a receipt i said no. We get to the second window i noticed i needed to pay so i hand the employee the right card on the phone and the manager came yelling at me and my bf after the situation was talen care of. food was decent but they forgot our nuggets.“

“I came to the 2229 sprinkle road location in Kalamazoo MI. I received incredible customer service. The woman at the drive through was incredibly helpful and attentive. She asked Don who was making the food any questions and he was also helpful! Really the reason aside from giving them props is that they mentioned that they were on a timer. I get that this is a corporate thing but if I’m the only person in the drive through I don’t feel that y’all should pressure your employees to get cars through the drive through as fast as possible. I understand trying to improve customer service but seems like y’all are bored and furring off peak hours still reprimanding the late night employees and or holding them to the same standard as peak hour employees which made my experience a little rushed. Again Katie and Don are the reason I gave 5 stars.“

“To be honest, the employees here can slack off and have a good time. Who gives a damn? With food and prices like this, it's one that better places in town to eat.

We both got doubles, she got mozzarella sticks, I got chili cheese fries.Everything was on point. Hot, fresh, and delicious.

The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“

“The drive thru is AI, and the sign at the head of the drive thru with combo info did not match the menu at the speaker, so I wasn't able to order what I wanted (just a plain chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo - no cheese, no fancy sauce) until I got to the window. However, the staff was very helpful and made my sandwich the way I wanted it. The fry-breaded mozz sticks are freaking awesome.“
