“They got to order right, everybody was polite, there are napkins in the bag, and their service was speedy! The only negative is that the lettuce on my sandwich was all over in the rapper, so eating in the car was a little difficult without dropping lettuce (with dabs of mayo) everywhere.“

“I come here way more than I should admit to. Multiple times a week. The staff at this particular location are always friendly, efficient, and all around do a great job. I have never had a bad experience coming here which is impressive considering how often that is. The consistent food quality and the people you employ keep me a "regular" customer. “Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.“

“Yesterday we recently visited Firehouse Subs on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo to celebrate our son’s birthday, his choice and it turned out to be a nice experience. He had been wanting their subs for a while, so he was especially happy we went.

We dined in and the atmosphere was standard, clean, casual, and comfortable. The food was as expected and consistent with what you’d expect from Firehouse Subs.

What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly and attentive from the start. When we mentioned it was our son’s birthday, they acknowledged it and were very kind, which meant a lot to him. They also brought our food directly to the table, which was a nice touch.

One small moment that stood out was when I asked an employee the name of the movie playing on the television. She kindly offered to change it, even though I just wanted to know the name to watch later. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed great customer care.

“Alright, Jersey Giant, kuddos to you! I recently placed a large online order for myself and eight of my co-workers, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Everyone's order was perfectly accurate, which is a rarity these days. The entire team agreed that the subs were amazing, and it was a refreshing change from our usual pizza lunch.

“Came in before work today and was served by Michael. He was very helpful and had a great attitude! He was the only one keeping the store running. There was a mishap with someone’s order and everyone BUT Michael panicked. If he’s not a manager he should be immediately promoted.“

“I door dash all over Kalamazoo, portage, Battle Creek, and Grand Rapids and Ava is the only employee that has common sense and is the only one that actually put the order in another bag over the food paper bag that was plastic when the weather was not suited for paper bags. “The Baconator is one of my favorite Burgers however I can't eat two patties and they don't offer the bacon cheeseburger in a single Baconator is supposed to have two kinds of cheese mine just had one slice of cheese and two pieces of bacon I have to admit though they still have the best fries and the change is in the frosties are kind of neat also“
