I placed an order today and it was inadvertently delivered to my neighbors. But before I found it, the manager was super apologetic and said she would make a new order and have it right out to me. Thank you for being super professional and nice! We love our Jimmy Johns.
Fastest sammiches in town. No contest. We get the sammiches in less than 30 seconds of ordering.
I'm here about once a week, usually for a drive-through pickup, and they're consistently great. In the year or two I've been coming, they've maybe made a mistake once or twice and they always make it right, sometimes tossing in a free cookie. Customer service is top-notch, the staff is super friendly, and they genuinely try to get you in and out fast.
