“Superbowl Sunday! Every other pizza joint was too busy to even take my order. We were set on pizza, though. I haven't eaten here in a long time because I thought they were overpriced, but now, because of inflation, I think their actually competative. So we decided to give it a try. Not only did they answer the phone, but they were helpful in giving me a deal on my order. I was expecting to hear "it will be 2 hours" but I was pleasantly surprised when the voice on the phone said "20 minutes" for pickup.When I showed up, I was greeted by name, and was in and out. The best part came when I got home and got to enjoy the delicious pizza I had forgotten all about.Pizza huts golden crispy crust! Mmm.Thank you pizza hut for a great experience, I will be back!!“

“I go in at lunch time and they only do kiosk. Some older people are kind of confused about that and they need to take that into consideration. I had to help out a couple of people while eating lunch there. With older clientele sometimes they don't understand the kiosk. I notice also they tend to be more worried the people that are dining in. Because of my arthritis in my knees and it might take me a couple seconds to get up to walk over to the counter and you still will just stand there and hold the food without trying to come around the corner and just to help out. There's a couple staff I seem to be kind of put off if you ask for help. That should change. I remember one person saying that they were working with corporate because the staff were not pleasant. I have lunch there at least a couple of times a week.“

“2/7/2024 night around 7pmThere were 2 young gentleman looked kind of looked like drake and Josh lol they were working this night one was there a little longer, then the other guy came & saved the other gentleman’s shift because it was dinner time & he was in a RUSH HOUR! They were awesome & such a great sport & didn’t rush anything & was in locked with each customer they served!!They deserve so much more!!’ Hope manager sees this!iThis was for Decatur MI subway location!!!“

“This Burger King was going to hell fast and my husband and I stopped going, service was crappy and food was even crappier.. but then came the new owner and she got new employees and she turned it right around.. now id recommend this one in Dowagiac Michigan, to any of my family and friends and strangers... The food is always fresh and the owner is usually on site.. and if the owner and manager are reading this review, thank you, you guys are doing an amazing job.. please keep it up..“

“It was around 10:30pm on a tuesday night. I pulled into the lot in a big RV and the manager took my order at the front door and got it out to me. In the RV world, you are limited to where you can eat. They really simplified it for me. Cheers!“

“Very pleasant employees. Place was clean and had fresh vegetables. I had a grilled chicken on flatbread with shredded cheese and then roasted. Top it off with fresh vegetables. It was good!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of fresh vegetables plus has salads ?“

“I was actually going to complain because of the way my sandwich looked, but when the lady who picked up my sub told me why, I decided I'd do less complaining, more encouraging. There was only one person at the counter and from the sounds of it, on staff at the time with people ahead and behind in line. I'll let the looks slide though. It might have been a rush job, but the amount of everything and the taste is perfect.“

“Breakfast is always so-so on the biscuits (made / baked properly). Lunch / Dinner is usually pretty good. The problem is that the drive through is always so busy, cars run into the main street. If they could fix that it would be a huge time saver for potential customers driving by, and also increase business because you would get the ones who would have gone through drive through if it wasn't backed up into the street. It's not a management problem because the cars flow at a good rate, it's the parking lot. This place should have a 2nd drive through station like other McDonald's, that should do the trick.“
