I told them I wanted so fresh that they burned me. the guy laughed in the mic and made a stupid joke. when I got to the window he continued to laugh at me and told me everyone was laughing at me. when I got my fries they were not fresh. no oil was on the fries. they must of stuck them in the microwave. they tasted old as well.“

“A long day on the road in a truck sometimes leaves you stuck trying to find a good place to eat. Luckily I pulled in as they were closing, they saw my truck and opened the doors for me to order my food and offered to let me eat in, the customer service was above par for the modern restaurant, the food is fresh and fast. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location when I'm in the area, TY all for the service!

Kid-friendliness: Normally these chains are very family oriented, it may not seem like it, but I remember coming here often with my family!

“This is absolutely the best Wendy's I have ever been to across more than 10 states. Every time I order I receive exactly what I ordered and never have to wait! Keep up the great work at this location and you will have me as a customer for life.“

“We were driving through looking for a quick take out with a more non-conventional menu besides just fried fish and chicken. I noticed sides like fried okra ( very generous portion and absolutely delicious), onion rings, fried green tomato, Mac and cheese bites, etc. Those fries were phenomenal, sprinkled with an amazing garlicky seasoned peppery blend that was SO good I could barely stop eating them. The dinner portion was great with (I kid you not) an amazing crunchy breading reminiscent of the fries in flavor. I would in a heartbeat recommend this food to anyone! Don't expect a fancy place; but the counter help was efficient and friendly. I hope to stop by Big Sharks Fish & Chicken again very soon!“

“It is my opinion that the have the best subs. Definitely the best pickles. Always ask for extra pickles but rarely get them. You have to check and ask again. Their salads are so fresh and you can get chopped up pickles on them as well. Their meats are very fresh and most sandwiches come with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, mayo and deli mustard. If you are taking them home for later ask for the mustard and mayo on the side.
They did our family dinner giving us the loves of bread and all the ingredients to assemble them ourselves. It turned out wonderful would definitely do it again.

“The area had been missing an Arby's since the 1990s, when the original Arby's was on the corner of Napier Ave & Pipestone Rd. Whenever it closed up shop, people in the area ended up missing it dearly, including my grandfather. He absolutely loves the Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. It's his go-to favorite. My only complaint is that their shake machine doesn't work correctly, so if you order a chocolate shake, you may end up with a vanilla shake because the vanilla overpowers every other flavor as it doesn't clear completely from the pump.“

“We were traveling home, wanted a burger. Found Henry's on Google. Best decision!! It reminded us of Burger joints of yesteryear. Simple menu, simple environment, and a very kind and sweet staff!!
We grabbed the Monster meal for $20, it's 2 double cheeseburgers, a half pound of fries(if you like them salty, grab salt packs) and a large drink. It was filling and good. When we travel back to Michigan, we will stop in again!!“

Can't give the staff at this location enough praise! I live in Niles and will be frequenting this Buchanan location from now on when I want taco bell.
