Five guys is fantastic there’s no doubt. But prompting me to tip at a fast food place is actually offensive enough for me to go to Culver’s instead. This trend needs to stop. I’m already dealing with the increasing prices and you want me to tip?
Stopped for lunch here with the fam today. The whole staff was extremely friendly & cheery working on Christmas Eve. Fries were perfection, burgers 10/10. Thanks for getting our holiday off to a great start!

Tonight I scheduled an order for 7:00 pickup. When I arrived in the restaurant I was greeted by a hello and a smile. My order was ready at 6:59 and the server handed me my food with a smile and told me to have a good night. In a time where this should be a common practice, it’s not and I certainly appreciate that type of service and would gladly return. In addition the crew was down to business and efficient. Great Job Five Guys!
