Some issues with the app made my order not go through. Workers were busy replenishing supplies or doing other work in the back, so the customers had to wait. Didn't feel welcome.
I ordered a foot long cold cut sandwich and asked for extra pickles. I was told by the sandwich maker that they could not add any extra condiments. Pickles were all I was getting and it is my understanding with Subway if you ask for extra condiments they are supposed to what you ask for. I have never had any issue getting any extra pickles or condiments at any subway in any state. Ordered off the subway series menu thinking with their new items it would at least be decent(yeah subway doesnt even have a live complaint # anymore so idk why I thought they cared about the product) and was proven wrong yet again.
