About Subway

Subway has received mixed reviews concerning service and food preparation. Customers have reported repeated errors with orders, such as receiving the wrong items or incorrect sandwich toppings, like only three tomatoes and minimal vegetables on a footlong. Many reviews highlight a lack of customer service, with employees appearing uninterested and not engaging with customers. Additionally, issues with the app have led to delays, as staff focus on other tasks rather than assisting customers. Overall, there is a strong call for improvement in attention to detail and customer experience.
