Our staff loves getting gift cards from local businesses and I was wondering if you might be willing to donate this year? “I came to order a sandwich & the line was long, so I sat down waiting for the line to be short as I took out my cellphone & browsed the internet. It was while I was sitting down that I heard a lady at the checker register shout at me & couldn’t understand what she was saying & I asked her to come closer & say what she was saying. She came with an attitude & asked if I was a customer. I said, “yes & I would order as soon as the line got shorter.” She went on to demand that I get up & order & that she was the manager or else I had to leave. I asked why was she rude & shouting & why act like an idiot instead of a manager. Then I got up & proceeded to the line. She screamed out, “get off the line, you can’t order here, I am the manager!” I obeyed & left the line to de-escalate the situation. When I was leaving I said, “you are the manager of this place but you are not the owner!” While I was leaving she went on to scream at me & saying, “kiss my a*** go back to where you came from!” I find this behavior not only unprofessional but repulsive & discriminatory among other things. I have already reported the incident to the then, Walmart manager on duty, Belinda. I would like management of this establishment to issue a statement regarding this incident & to correct this situation, to say the least. Thank you.“

“My FAVORITE lunch spot! All the sandwiches are amazing, and I just tried the lobster bisque soup today and it’s delicious. 10/10!“

“The staff were all friendly. The sandwiches are pretty good. The order was ready within a few minutes. The CAPRESE SALAMI PESTO SANDWICH was pretty decent and was very flavorful. There was not a lot of salami, though. If I got it again, I would order double meat.

“We normally go to Subway in Kalamazoo regularly since we live there, but were in the Stevensville area today 6/15 afternoon. Jake and Josh did an awesome job making both of our sub and wrap and were quick, friendly, and the atmosphere is good good. They seemed to enjoy what they do. This experience and food quality was easily THE BEST experience I can ever recall at any Subway. I wish Subway was this good everywhere on every experience. Kudos to this team and location. It would almost be worth the 2 hour round trip just to come back here.“

“So I ordered 9 footlongs online for pickup in St. Joe. Then I had to order another 2 sandwiches. There was only 1 person working and it's 4th of July, 3 people ahead of me. Just want to say thank you to Sara she was very calm, she let everyone know she was the only one working, she was very sweet and did a great job with all the orders.“
