We order over 100 subs for both saturday and sunday lunch. Jason works with me developing the best package to keep these hungry boys fed, and it is their favorite sandwich shop. “I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.“

“Wonderful worker there tonight on 2/5/23 around 5pm. She was absolutely sweet. I have a big family and order 7 subs. Normally we get some kind of grunt or attitude when saying how many subs. She was cheerful and said we would get through it together. She made everything perfect, with no attitude and a smile on her face. Didn't get her name but big kudos to her for being so pleasant.“

“Whoever the dude that was working Tuesday night alone needs a raise. Dude was in his prime. I saw the look in his eyes it was a tired bro. But when he told me “don’t worry I’ll be done soon” and I hit him with the “don’t worry about it take your time” I realized bro turned on his prime time creating my sub.“

“They're pretty good. Every now and then they'll run out of my fav bread, italian herbs and cheese, but it is the best!? occasionally the bread is dry, but we usually order later, like 7-8 pm so... Usually they're great! Would recommend.“

She makes the experience fun, and puts your sandwich together in some kind of magical way that makes it taste just a little bit better than anyone else. She should definitely be the one in charge around there.“

“Whenever I'm passing through for lunch, I come here. The people here are friendly and work fast.Just today I came in and one of the guys greeted me with a smile. I got a vito sandwich and the guy has it ready before I finished paying! Dude is faster than the card reader.“

“The store is always so clean and organized. They have very friendly staff and I feel comfortable eating there. They are fast and efficient as well, always making sure no one stays in line very long, bringing additional team members to help when needed.

“We came in around 7 o’clock and Thomas helped us, he listened when I said EXTRA pickles. Usually people only put a little extra but I really wanted a ridiculous amount of pickles and Thomas did not disappoint. I’m never going to another subway“

“Today, a coworker of mine came to your location and ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. To his chagrin, it had peppers and mushrooms. Both of which he apparently hates. In his disgust, he offered me his sandwich after which he called to complain. All the while, I ate and very much enjoyed the delicious sandwich. This is the 2nd time this has happened to him thus the 2nd time I got a great sandwich!! Thank you!!“

“Ordered a chop salad 2/16/21I asked for a little bit of extra banana peppers.Got home. Sat down to dig in and found that my salad was 40% Banana pepper.I didn’t make this a 1 star because well.... I asked for it I guess?The associate on the phone told me I could bring it back tomorrow.Will update after.Update 2/17/21:Went back to the store today with the salad. Manager came by and gave me a refund for the salad and I was on my way. The crew present was courteous when I brought them up to speed on what happened.I’d visit the store again during the day thanks to this follow up.Not sure if I’ll go late at night again though lol“
