No one greeted me or the other customers. Got there at 4:50. Got waited on at 4:01. Took until 4:35 to get the order. Got home. My order didn't have the biscuits, and it had someone else's side dish in the box. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold.I paid 42.00 dollars. I could have got a better meal anywhere for less.One guy said that a shift change happened. They didn't have enough biscuits made so told us we could wait or take extra chicken instead. Took the extra chicken but than had to wait anyway so the manager could run and get some change as they didn't have enough money to give us back. Chicken seem to be alittle greasy.

If I could give a negative star I would the chicken was so soggy and greasy the skin was saturated and falling off, our order of fries were half full and the biscuits were hard. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal, I wouldn't go there again if it was the last restaurant open in town. Extra crispy turned extra soggy with grease very disappointing because it used to be a good place for chicken.
