Cold congealed mashed potatoes and gravy. Hard as a rock biscuit. And almost $16 for three pieces of chicken. I will NEVER be back.
I stopped at the KFC in Benton Harbor today, and after a little confusion with my order, the manager, Robert, stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was right.

The customer service at this KFC is amazing and the manager on night shift is very helpful and friendly
