“I have to admit I haven't seen such a dedicated and hard worker at a fast food place in such a long time, I didn't think those type of people existed anymore. My husband and I went to this Wingstop 5/13/2023. As we walked in I just so happen to see one worker. The restaurant was clean this beautiful lady Trana was taking orders, cooking the food and maintaining a clean atmosphere all while keeping a smile on her face. She even ran food out to people and asked how was our experience and if she could help with anything. I wish I lived in the area I would definitely visit the Wingstop franchise more often. Unfortunately all locations doesn't have such wonderful workers at their locations. As long as she is there, I am sure you will enjoy your experience! If management sees this review, she definitely deserves to be at the top of the pay grade!“
“Everything was exactly as hoped for according to Pizza Hut's online and television advertising, the quality of service and the food. I was worried that some companies might skimp on the amount and quality of ingredients with it being a deal and all but it was great, well worth the money spent. Our Pizza Hut here in Benton Harbor, MI does a great job!“
“I ordered delivery tonight for my birthday meal. I could not be happier with the food. It was piping hot and so delicious - catfish, pepper poppers and onion rings. And bonus, the delivery dude was super nice!! Thank you NYFC in Benton Harbor for making my birthday even better.“
“My first time trying Shark’s chicken, l instantly knew it had a different taste but in a positive way! I wondered if it was Halal but figured it more than likely was not. Tried it for the third time and noticed on the signage in the restaurant says Halal! I knew from the freshness of the chicken that it was different! I am very particular about food and so happy I found Halal food around here! Chicken tenders, wings, catfish and jumbo shrimp are delicious ! Research Halal if you don’t know what it means! Thank me later!“
“The staff was courteous with us but not each other. We tend to stop by on Sundays with a group of 5 or more and they take good care of us in a timely matter. Food is hot due to us requesting fresh chicken. Strawberry biscuit is overrated. Strawberry lemonade is great if the don't just put syrup in bottom of cup. Blackened chicken sandwich was no good.Vegetarian options: Need more options.“
“We stopped in yesterday and I don’t usually eat at KFC.. Staff was awesome, things were super fast and the food tasted so good and I’m not usually a fan of KFC. The tenders taste like chick fil a.. I’ll be back! The staff is what made me come to write a review. They were really awesome.“
“Usually don't have problems here with food or staff they are generally friendly, but last time though food was over 30mins behind. They forgot to put sauce on one of my pizzas and missed putting the buttery seasoning on the crust on all 6 pizzas. The prep person seamed overwhelmed when I had come in to pick up. --note was not a holiday nor any special day.“
“I very seldom go to the Little Caesar's in Benton Harbor, MI. I observed that it hurts these customer's heart to wait for a fresh pizza, complaining about the time go wait but yet still coming back the next day. Customers, there is something called "instant gratification" that one will never get in a fast food restaurant. What ever happen to "cooking at home" ? I know its days when one doesn't want to cook but unless you want to roll your sleeves up and see on the otherwise how it is or even. feel to deal with irate impatience customers. In fact, if anyone wants a job or knows someone who wants a job to apply at the Benton Harbor location. Stop stressing out over a pizza!! Some of ya haven't turn your stove on at least ten (10) times over the summer.“
“I normally don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to after this experience. We did the build your own option and added pepperoni. This was the absolute best pepperoni ‘za I’ve had in every aspect. The pepperoni was perfectly crisped, and the crust was so buttery & crispy. Perfect amount of sauce, little bursts of basil under the cheese. And I normally don’t even eat the full slice when I have pizza, but with this pizza, it was THAT good that I had the whole slices from crust to tip. The crust is seriously the “cherry on top”. You know you have a good pizza when you want to eat the whole stinkin’ thing and are saying “mmmm” the whole time! It’s the type of pizza you rave about. Absolutely amazing. 10/10.“
“Just started hanging out here weekly, atleast once a week and tongue to cheek, I'm weak, in the knees, and as high as trees whenever the edibles kick in and you and a friend stop in and have a few drinks, me thinks you'll love the atmosphere , even if public places make ya nervous you'll see that they have friendly service. So, come on down, and surely i might be found, having a long island iced tea, or maybe 3, but one thing for sure, ain't nothing free, except this review from me to you.“
