Usually don't have problems here with food or staff they are generally friendly, but last time though food was over 30mins behind. They forgot to put sauce on one of my pizzas and missed putting the buttery seasoning on the crust on all 6 pizzas. The prep person seamed overwhelmed when I had come in to pick up. --note was not a holiday nor any special day.
It's ok but far from great employees are rude and they don't bother to tell you when there out of something they just give you wat u ordered just without what they didn't

I had a bad experience before where my food was extremely cold I hadn’t tried it again I finally gave it a try and order a pasta they literally sent out a pasta that was 2 scoops I waited on hold for 15 minutes in order to get a manager then to know the guy said he was the owner and wanted me to wait another 45 minutes or more just to receive another one and return the other one.
