The staff was courteous with us but not each other. We tend to stop by on Sundays with a group of 5 or more and they take good care of us in a timely matter. Food is hot due to us requesting fresh chicken. Strawberry biscuit is overrated. Strawberry lemonade is great if the don't just put syrup in bottom of cup. Blackened chicken sandwich was no good.Vegetarian options: Need more options.
So I need to give this Popeyes a little credit. I did finally talk to a lady and she told me to bring my receipt in and they would make it right.I did this and lucky she was there, she had actually put my name on the board and replaced the chicken order 12 pieces this time and not all breast.She was very helpful and polite.Thank you for making this right.
