It's Popeye's yall. You know what you are getting and you go anyway cause the food is so good.I'll put up with some rougher service and longer waits for a good chicken sandwich or 3 pc meal.
I ordered through the online app, a driver accepted the order and then refused to pick it up telling me they said they were out of chicken. I called and spoke with Andrea and she assured me that was not the case and she did not see my order. She took my order again and had it ready for me when I had to come through the drive thru now only 10 minutes away from their closing time. She was so kind and helpful, it was refreshing.
I ordered on their website. When I pulled into the drive through and told them that I had an order, they told me to park and that they would bring it out. My food was hot and fresh! Great service!
