New York Fried Chicken in Benton Harbor offers delicious and well-seasoned food, including perch, fish, catfish, pepper poppers, and onion rings. The restaurant is known for its great prices and sauce/seasoning selection, featuring good barbeque sauce. Customers have praised the chicken and fries, especially the fries with cheese melt on top. Although there have been issues with complete orders, it's recommended to double-check before leaving. The staff is friendly, and the food is reported to be hot and tasty. It has a fast pace and is open until 3am, making it a convenient choice. Popular menu items include the gizzards with fries combo, and many customers highly recommend trying the hot wings.
