When they very first opened they was fire! Ordered there last night because of my boyfriend however he insisted, the catfish looked very good to the eye and crispy, however the taste of The fish was gamy, like as if it was sitting out for a long while the aftertaste in my mouth was very distraught. My boyfriend didn’t complain about his bacon and cheeseburger combo. They also follow directions as well. I asked for ice with both lemonades he repeated the order correctly, but it was delivered wrong. We had two orders of fries we only had four packages of ketchup. Thank you for your services. However, we will never do this again.

I ordered delivery tonight for my birthday meal. I could not be happier with the food. It was piping hot and so delicious - catfish, pepper poppers and onion rings. And bonus, the delivery dude was super nice!! Thank you NYFC in Benton Harbor for making my birthday even better.

The menu is outdated for over 6 months now and each time i try to order off the menu, I’m expected to remember that like I go there every day. The service sucks and the rude attitude as I try to figure out why my dyslexia is reading $6.99 and the fat lady at the register is telling me it’s $7.99 and rather than politely explaining that the menu is outdated she has to scold me that she told me that last time (a month ago). I left there not even understanding what the problem was. She’s rolling her eyes at me and getting ghetto attitude. Like what’s wrong with people at work these days? Needless to say i left without the food and I won’t be going back there or referring my guests when they come to town and everything is closed at 10. I’ll just keep referring them to Pizza Hut. Do not buy there.

2 out of 3 times Ive gotten to work with my order only to find it was missing items. After calling I was told I should have checked bags before leaving. I guess you should have a place to do that then. People were taking up the counter talking and the clerk told me this was my order and was turned around before I even had the bags in my hand. Too bad.. food is good. ..portion sizes nice....but I want what I pay for.

Look nowhere else.It sometimes takes a while to get your order, but in case you hadn't noticed, restaurants -- ALL restaurants -- are having trouble with staffing since 2020. Be patient -- as the friendly manager told me while I was waiting for our food: "It'll be worth it."
