I ordered a five piece tender box. I asked for Mac and cheese and fries. No fries, so I asked for two orders of mac and cheese. When my food was brought out, the mac and cheese was just thrown in the box, ALL OVER MY CHICKEN!!! Not only that, but it was COLD!!!! Chicken was lukewarm at best. Mac and cheese wasn’t even KFC mac and cheese. This is just my review of THIS KFC location, not the whole chain. I can say I’m not coming back here

This locations no refund policy makes sense after you've experience their poor "customer service." Everybody would be getting their money back, very poorly managed.

Twice I went thru and ordered a breast meal and got a thigh instead, what a ripoff, I just stopped going to all restaurants in this town, you can't trust any of them.

No one greeted me or the other customers. Got there at 4:50. Got waited on at 4:01. Took until 4:35 to get the order. Got home. My order didn't have the biscuits, and it had someone else's side dish in the box. The mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold.I paid 42.00 dollars. I could have got a better meal anywhere for less.One guy said that a shift change happened. I went in the following Monday to voice my displeasure only to stand there in front of the counter for more than 5 minutes without anyone coming to counter or even acknowledging that someone was in the store. I left! I will not ever go to the M-139 KFC again!!!!!!!!I can't recommend anything at this takeout location.

They didn't have enough biscuits made so told us we could wait or take extra chicken instead. Took the extra chicken but than had to wait anyway so the manager could run and get some change as they didn't have enough money to give us back. Chicken seem to be alittle greasy.
Thr worst experience! Spent 27 waiting for my order and it still wasn't correct!! My family nor I will ever come back.

If I could give a negative star I would the chicken was so soggy and greasy the skin was saturated and falling off, our order of fries were half full and the biscuits were hard. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal, I wouldn't go there again if it was the last restaurant open in town. Extra crispy turned extra soggy with grease very disappointing because it used to be a good place for chicken.

This like the 6th time they always forget the sandwich or u ask for 2 thighs n get a thigh n a leg they charge u an arm n a leg and don't even give u what order n always tell u to pull forward even if there is no cars behind u, just bc u can't go back around u don't realize til ur gone unless u checkSeem like the girl trying but has incompetent workers
Food was very good. Service was slow. Staff was nice and working very fast but had a lot of orders. I can handle slow service if everybody's working hard a lot better than I can if people are dawdling. They just might need more staff.
