Ordered off the subway series menu thinking with their new items it would at least be decent(yeah subway doesnt even have a live complaint # anymore so idk why I thought they cared about the product) and was proven wrong yet again. I got the philly steak with extra meat and a italian sub. The italian only had 2 slivers of lunchmeat per bite, mushy tomatoes, and was soggy. The philly didnt even have enough meat for a reg order let alone one with extra meat, 2 mushy tomatoes, 3 green peppers, mushy bread, and 4 olives. I took the philly back while my wife suffered and ate her pos sandwich because shes passive. I will never go here again and theres nothing they could do to change my mind!!!! Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns or hell....even a local mom and pop sandwich place will put them to shame yet they wonder why their new campaign fell flat on its face????

Some issues with the app made my order not go through. Workers were busy replenishing supplies or doing other work in the back, so the customers had to wait. Didn't feel welcome.

I ordered a foot long cold cut sandwich and asked for extra pickles. I was told by the sandwich maker that they could not add any extra condiments. Pickles were all I was getting and it is my understanding with Subway if you ask for extra condiments they are supposed to what you ask for. I have never had any issue getting any extra pickles or condiments at any subway in any state. The person behind the counter pulled up a cardboard sign the manager of the store had taped up saying, "No extras". What I should have done is ask for everything, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, olives, hot peppers and then once paid for, opened up the sandwich in front of them to throw away every condiment but the pickles. If they are afraid of their costs for a few extra pickles, let them see how much money it really costs them for me to waste all the other stuff. If you go there and they refuse any extras, walk out and leave them with a half made sandwich. That will teach them to nickel and dime you for a few extra pickles. I'll never be back. Avoid the Benton Harbor locations as it's my understanding they are all owned or franchised by the same tightwad.

2.5, just don't order online, go inside, first time I ordered online my food wasn't ready at the time (I ordered a full 30 mins before I came) so I had to stand there while they made it anyway, but I had just got off work and really just wanted to do a quick pick up and go homethis time same thing getting off work, I placed the pick up time 30 mins before I got off work, figured this way I knew it would be ready, it was ready but got home and this was what was on my sandwichso they just don't care about the quality of the food they put on your stuff and when they chopped it up WHY would they leave this in, in the first place.Glad I rarely get them but if you do walk in and watch them like a hawk so they don't put the super old or weird veggie on your stuff

Absolutely the worst subway I've ever been too! I ordered 2 subs on the app, my pick up was at about 7pm I get there they tell me they don't have my sandwiches.. I didn't get my food till the NEXT DAY!! I called and called no answer when they did answer they told me they'd call me back, never did! Went up there to get my sandwiches after calling up there AGAIN the next day and speaking with some guy who said he was the owner.. no refund, no apology, no compensation, they didn't even look at me!! Please do NOT waste your time going here! I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, DON'T BOTHER!! Terrible customer service, not clean, very stingy with product put on sandwiches and flies everywhere! Gross!

Doors are locked at 11, the guy comes to the door and says they are not open because of a large catering order and they are supposed to close the doors. Then he proceeds to let a door dasher inside. Can’t service the people who actually show up at the door? That’s not right.

I ordered online. I gave them an hour even though it said 15. No one made it. Had to wait while the manager sat there and the new guy did everything. There's fruit flies everywhere-- which I wouldn't be noticing if my food was done. Just go to the Jimmy John's down the street.
