“Normally when I come here if the girls are busy they still great you and acknowledge they see you and will be right with you. Except one person and unfortunately the last few times i have been served by this person, doesn’t greet you until that person is done even if it took 10 minutes. Takes 2 seconds to acknowledge someone. I asked for a straw with my drink after waiting for that person to finish what they were doing and that person threw it on the counter as I reach for it. Order a gingerbread latte twice no whip just made it whoever they wanted to. Gave my husband some one else’s order when I went back to pick it up had to wait some time for the correction as everyone else got served. Other than that I love Starbucks. I might change my review once they get rid of the problem child they have.”

“ATTENTION WOUNDED MINNOW CUSTOMERS!!!! I" DO NOT" RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1st off let me say that we are big supporters of local businesses, especially Resturants. Today we went to The Wounded Minnow for a late lunch with another couple. We spent $60 each couple on our meals. I'm one to review my bill afterwards & found we were double charged for an item. It was no problem & was corrected, a simple mistake. HOWEVER I noticed this establishment is now charging $1.00 for each glass of ice water per customer. When I spoke with our waitress( who was wonderful) & asked if Kyle is seriously charging for water she said " Kyle told us to tell the customer that the ice machine cost money plus the labor. WHAT!!!!!! For starters the small amount of ice that was in the glass had melted before the drink was half gone. Also Kyle told the wait staff to explain the reason why he was charging the $$ but didn't instruct them to tell you when you ordered the water there would be a $1.00 charge. ( Dirty Buisness Kyle) I don't get this... We paid our bill & left, but I can tell you we will never be back & neither will our friends. Now, let me ask the question... Was it worth the loss of buisness? I also called every other buisness that offers food & drinks on Front St. along with (4) places in Niles, Mi & not one of them charge for water. I could see if someone walked in & wanted a water to go, but paying customers to be charged for this is disgusting. KYLE BELEW, you should be Ashamed of yourself!!!!”
