My wife and I have gone here for years to eat breakfast. Very good food and generous portions. However service has always been sub-par. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Only one waitress to serve dine in customers and not a good waitress. The cook can only make one ticket at a time. Sorry to say they lost our business. The portions were generous prices were great for 3 adults and a growing teenager. Real bacon on the burgers with decent coffee. real time feel of a mom /pop restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Larry who owns this establishment is a great guy down to earth and will carry a conversation with the patrons.

My husband and I ate here for the first time today because we recently moved to the area and love trying the Mom-n-Pop stops. I will say that this place has some of the best bacon around, hands down. I ordered the country fried steak breakfast and the steak seemed to be a little rubbery. I think that this diner is known for doing their meat "well done" though because a lot of regulars there prefer it that way.
