“I love this place. The food is good, but the people there are excellent. We will keep coming back. Make sure you try the olive burger too! I sure wish they were allowed to buy the place in Dowagiac as well. Dowagiac needs a place like this. Wait times can get a little long when they are busy. 15-20 minutes is not unusual during heavy times. Parking is tight at this location, but there are options to park along the street downtown or across the street for a short time at the gas station.”

“The carne asada was tender and flavorful but not salty-perfectly made. The jalapeños are a beautiful touch to the tortas (had mine without sour cream and added mayo instead). Lastly, the fresh water (agua Fresca) was delicious and I was even given the option to mix lime & chia flavor with the cucumber lime flavor 🍋‍🟩. I will definitely be back to eat! “The service was great! The food was simple but cooked right, and paired with the correct dressings/dipping sauces. I don't know why people think that to be a "foodie" you need dishes with a million ingredients! This place does it right! The zucchini fries and homemade dip were delicious, my mom got a salmon salad that looked and tasted great, I got a BLT but now that I know they can really cook I'm going for the chicken cordon bleu next time. Reminds me of the Oaken Bucket in a sense because it's good honest simple but unique! Will be back!”

“Very nice place to have breakfast. Our service was amazing 👏. Biscuits and gravy are so good; highly recommended. My grandson had the pancakes. Just a heads up, their pancakes are not the big, fluffy ones; they are the old-fashioned flat pancakes. My grandson said they were better than any other pancakes. Highly recommend this place for breakfast. I will be back to try more on their menu.”

“This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a winery. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in. I have small kids and this was probably the most kid friendly winery. The owners and their kids are out playing and greeting guests. Even if you want to be somewhere without kids, the toys are in a designated area. I lost one of my son’s shoes earlier in the day and the owner grabbed some of her kids shoes for him to wear. It was the sweetest gesture, we felt like family, and we’ll definitely be back! For the actual wine review, the dry Riesling was amazing and our favorite!!”

We've always been polite, and thankful, as well as generous tipping. I can't spend my money where I don't feel welcome. My wife and I will likely never be back.”
