“The McDonald’s in Cassopolis Michigan is so convenient and the food is really good. What stands out the most is the workers. They take pride and what they do and I always see people cleaning the parking lot and planting flowers, etc. I’ve had some of the best burgers at the Cassopolis, Michigan location.”

When they noticed cheese on my sandwich (which I don’t eat), they didn’t just send it out the window……they made me a fresh one. 🥹 That may not sound huge, but more often than not, other places just hand it over without noticing or caring.
