Please please please listen to your customers. Being I worked at Biggby when I want extra caramel garnish in my cup I want it up and down my cup not on top of my whipped cream. Also please stir the thicker syrups in. It tastes better. Sandwiches are bomb though.
The communication and partnership I saw today between the 2 ladies in button down shirts (I am assuming are managers,) was phenomenal! Such great teamwork. I wish every place could run like this..Also they were spot on with my drink order! One took my order (girl with the braids) and the other made my drink (girl with the long dark hair) mmhhmm so good! I hope these ladies get praised for there good work ethic and positive attitude!! ♥️☕
