The wait was a little longer than normal due to a backup on bagels and a wonderful barista came out with my coffee and mentioned that they paid it forward due to the long wait . I absolutely love Biggby coffee but these wonderful ladies and their heart warming customer service make the experience even better ! Thank you ladies for all your hard work !“

“We saw this place near by where we were staying and decided to check it out. So very glad we did! This shop is ran by a wonderful person who makes amazing food. We had some awesome homemade soup and fried pickles with tea and a mixed lemonade. We were even offered refills before we left which was very much appreciated! Great prices for great food and experience. 10 out of 10 highly recommended you stop here.“

“I had special ordered a birthday cake for my daughters birthday, and while they weren’t able to accommodate a lactose diet (not a serious one so we still went with them) they still went above and beyond with customer service. It ended up taking them an hour longer than they said it would so the owner hand delivered it to our house, threw in 6 cupcakes of the same design for free, AND refunded the order. I can’t believe someone would go that above and beyond in this day and age but it is always so great to see it, and even greater to experience it. I would recommend this bakery to anyone and everyone. The food was amazing as well“

“good donuts.my apple fritter was a bit doughy in the middle. i was enjoying it then middle was under done with all that delicious apple in there. Im used to fritters having a few pieces of apple. I like apples.The custard filled long john was very good. The plain glazed donut was tasty. Classic.“
