“The McDonald’s in Cassopolis Michigan is so convenient and the food is really good. What stands out the most is the workers. They take pride and what they do and I always see people cleaning the parking lot and planting flowers, etc. I’ve had some of the best burgers at the Cassopolis, Michigan location.“

“I stopped here for the first time and purchased 4 cupcakes and an iced latte. Loved the latte but all of the cupcakes tasted dry and old. I was hoping to love them!“

“Big shoutout to the Biggby ladies this morning! They were absolutely slammed when we stopped for drinks before work, but they still took the time to double-check my order. When they noticed cheese on my sandwich (which I don’t eat), they didn’t just send it out the window……they made me a fresh one. 🥹 That may not sound huge, but more often than not, other places just hand it over without noticing or caring. “Workers are too slow. It takes forever to get your order. And they don't know how to multi task. They just tell you they'll be right with u. I pulled up one day & the ladies at the drive thru stood there talking & laughing rather than come to the windows to complete my transaction.“

“Normally when I come here if the girls are busy they still great you and acknowledge they see you and will be right with you. Except one person and unfortunately the last few times i have been served by this person, doesn’t greet you until that person is done even if it took 10 minutes. Takes 2 seconds to acknowledge someone. I asked for a straw with my drink after waiting for that person to finish what they were doing and that person threw it on the counter as I reach for it. Order a gingerbread latte twice no whip just made it whoever they wanted to. Gave my husband some one else’s order when I went back to pick it up had to wait some time for the correction as everyone else got served. Other than that I love Starbucks. I might change my review once they get rid of the problem child they have.“

“Solid experience using the McDonald’s app and drive-thru pickup. We ordered ahead through the app to use our rewards, and everything went smoothly from pickup to order accuracy. Our burgers were cooked and prepared exactly as requested, including one special-order item. The fries were the standard McDonald’s fries—hot, familiar, and what they are known for. Overall, a reliable and convenient stop.“
