“My new fav spot for meeting hubby for lunch. Staff is great. Old building with high ceilings has an old fashioned feel to it. Bright space with windows flooding it with sun light. Chalkboard signs add charm. Coffee and beverage specials change regularly. I love anything with their house made lavender syrup! The food is fresh and tasty but I wish more variety and specials were offered. The Shag Toast is delicious!! Heading there for lunch NOW!!“
“The staff at Bucktown Nutrition are great! They welcome you with your name and make really good smoothies and teas. I highly recommend a hot cinnamon tea, cranberry aloe and the Cherry Vanilla Almond smoothie. Another favorite tea bomb is Raspberry Blastoff.“
“People are used to dining here it was almost packed and the drive-through was non-stop, which is probably why they forgot to give us 2 Big Macs a McChicken 2 medium fries 1 large Coke, and 2 large Diet Cokes. There were 7 of us and we sat inside, but they corrected the order and were awesome about it. That's where it counts in my opinion.“

Love to see this in the funny little town of Galien.In a town where it seems everything else has gone out of business, Ray & Al's is a bustling sandwich shop and bakery putting out excellent food.We tried the liverwurst sandwich, which seemed appropriate given all the German heritage in the area. It was good, but I'd try something else next time. It's a unique flavor profile worth trying at least once. You might love it!The Cuban sandwich had a great, smokey flavor to it.Macaroni salad was sweeter than we like it, but that's just personal preference.Baked goods were tasty - tried a chocolate donut and a gluten free brown butter oatmeal chocolate cookie. (it'd probably be even better NOT gluten free ;))Indoor was busy but tables turned fast. There are also a handful of outdoor seating options as well.Well done Ray & Al!“
“This place is amazing. Highly recommend the breakfast toast on sweet grain bread and the latte flight is so much fun. However, be prepared to have the caffeine shakes for the rest of the day LOL. So good. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options that are all delicious.“
“Stopped for the name while on a girl's trip... was a great choice! Feel like I made a friend here! Not only did she make my " mochaty mocha" perfect she told me about the lighthouse! I didn't know there was one!!! So 2 great coffees and we sat on our way for a bucket list item I didn't know I wanted. “My Crème Brûlée Latte with 1/2 sugar was perfect to start off my Saturday morning. The Lemon Cream Blueberry Croissant and Almond & Butter Pastry were very light, exceedingly crisp, not overly sweet and enough for 4 people to enjoy later in the day. Absolutely scrumptious! J-“

“This was not the place I planned on coming but glad I was here. The gentleman/guy behind the count (don't want to make him sound super old) was very nice and patient as I looked over the menu. I ordered the Chicken Fajita panini with jalapeño kettle chips. The sandwich was very good. Just crisp enough but not overly hard and the cheese was melted perfectly to keep it together. The Iced chai was ok. Next time I'll specify light ice so I take responsibility on that one. I sat at a table and they brought me my food while I sat and read a book.“
“holy cow, that was a goood cinnamon roll. also she roasts her own coffee beans. now that i drink espresso i usually dont enjoy coffee, but my oh my was it amazing! might be the best cup of coffee ive ever had. worth stopping in if youre staying in/around new buffalo“
