Visiting from out of state and wanted and coffee. I'm not a fan of franchise coffee shops, so I was looking for a local spot...Found via GPS, Coffee Spot Cafe, and I figured I'd give it a try. This was not the place I planned on coming but glad I was here. The gentleman/guy behind the count (don't want to make him sound super old) was very nice and patient as I looked over the menu. I ordered the Chicken Fajita panini with jalapeño kettle chips. The sandwich was very good. Just crisp enough but not overly hard and the cheese was melted perfectly to keep it together.
