Stopped by the morning of 12/9/23 for a quick drive through breakfast and I have to say it was the most positive drive through experience I have ever had. I was 4 or 5 cars back in line and I don’t think I was in line for more than a couple minutes. Sandwich and coffee were great and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. This will undoubtedly be a Saturday morning staple for me on my way to work. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Lid looked dirty and after looking more closely, there were tiny hairs underneath the lid and on the top of the drink, so gross and very disappointing!!! Looks as if the lid was dropped on the ground or something. Please do better!!!

The new management and staff at Dunkin' have significantly improved the customer experience. The shift lead, Alesha, provides excellent customer service. The team's efforts have led to more accurate orders and a cleaner, friendlier environment. Many customers have praised the fast service, even with large orders, such as four drinks, two breakfast sandwiches, and a dozen donuts, all delivered correctly and promptly. Regular visitors appreciate that the staff accommodates special requests, like making "less ice" without reducing the drink amount. However, there are still areas needing attention, such as ensuring that coffee is served at the right temperature and making the order screen more visible. Some customers experienced issues, like locked doors during app orders, leading to a less than friendly experience in the drive-thru. Overall, Dunkin' is on the right track with its new team, and there is a sense of positivity among staff, as seen when a young worker served a great cup of coffee and wished customers a blessed day.
