The last few times I been here there has been rude service (mainly the “manager”) coming from the staff working the drive thru. I to go place my order 3 times and each time got interrupted(rudely) to wait because she’s busy now (her words) and that I took so long to place my order. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to the Cass one until the Niles ones opens. They ruined it there for me.

The friendliest staff ever! The coffee is delicious and I love the paintings up in the seating area! Overall an amazing experience, if you want good coffee and want to meet some great people, I’d definitely make a stop in here :)
