They hardly ever have any donuts that I really. You can tell they don't 'make the donuts' anymore. Won't go this Dunkin Donuts anymore. The last couple of visits my order was messed up and Donuts not fresh. I guess they want this location closed. Go to another place if you want donuts.

The new manager and her shift lead are really making a difference here sometimes it's hard to understand the new employees with their accents so them being there makes orders more accurate because grape road always seems to mess my order up since their manager left it seems like it's all

Didn’t get the donuts ? I ordered! Hash browns were soggy azz hell!!! Chicken and roasted pepper wrap was watery!!!!!

They were so understaffed that, after a 5+ minute wait at the front of the line, I walked out empty-handed. They were working as fast as possible, with the drive thru and door dash drivers pick ups taking priority.The reason for the one star is the lack of awareness; a simple word from those behind the counter to me and others behind me would have meant the difference and perhaps I would have waited longer. The general statement about using the kiosk - after the long wait just added to my sense of disappointment.I know times have changed and customer service must suffer with reduced staffing issues, but my experience was a real let down. It's better to just use the drive thru.

I never knew we had to order a special size for donuts! Got a dozen donuts and there was so much room in the box for at least 4 more donuts! Not only that it wasn’t what I ordered! How do you mix up a dragon fruit with strawberry drink with mango green tea!!!!? Don’t recommend at all. Steer clear of this Dunkin’! $34 gone your so thoughtful!

There's a few people in here that are amazing! Then others that are rude and when they don't have something that you already paid for they are rude about it instead of trying to fix the issue. I come here almost EVERY DAY. And every time I come the ladies are beyond rude at the drive thru window. The two guys that are sometimes at the window are hands down AWESOME and go above and beyond. If you have time, go in. Maybe they will be less rude. Have a blessed day ?
