I am a regular at this Jimmy John's on Portage but this evening I was so upset due to the fact I ordered a JJBLT and a #12. That's what I order all the time well I get home and open the #12 and there isn't any meat on my sandwich.So I called and was told they were closed and before I could say anything the guy hung up the phone. so i called about 5 times and didn't get an answer. I drove all the way back to Jimmy John's and told the guy u guys didn't put any meat on my #12....read full review
My dad and I stopped here after running some errands. The store was clean, and the sandwiches were good. It took about 4 minutes to get our two sandwiches, likely because the drive-thru was hopping. The worker who took our order seemed a bit disinterested, but overall, it was a great sandwich and a clean store
Due to inconsistency with food chains; I wanted to say I ordered via drive through tonight 7:30-8:00 pm time slot and received an excellent sub sandwich. Thanks to those working, it was very good!
