I am a regular at this Jimmy John's on Portage but this evening I was so upset due to the fact I ordered a JJBLT and a #12. That's what I order all the time well I get home and open the #12 and there isn't any meat on my sandwich.So I called and was told they were closed and before I could say anything the guy hung up the phone. so i called about 5 times and didn't get an answer. I drove all the way back to Jimmy John's and told the guy u guys didn't put any meat on my #12....read full review
Due to inconsistency with food chains; I wanted to say I ordered via drive through tonight 7:30-8:00 pm time slot and received an excellent sub sandwich. Thanks to those working, it was very good!
The service is only 3 because the night crew is so inconsistent on friendliness and being sanitary and honoring tad ocd requests since they hardly ever have the same people on at night some of the night crew tries to get away without washing hands too however of lunch crew worked all day service woujd be 5 stars because there all friendly and happy to be there and even accommodate better however the night crew is getting as bad as the other night crew just down the road( sr 933...read full review
