My boyfriend had to say my order multiple times an they still got it way wrong. How hard is it to make a simple turkey,cheese, and Mayo sandwich. Instead they did ham, bacon, pickles, cheese, mustard. Like what are you doing to mess it up that bad ?

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Lady at the window acted like we were such an inconvenience. Barely spoke at the speaker and when she did she was pushy and just overall rude. She was also on her phone at the window. We had to practically reach in to grab our stuff. She didn’t even hold it out. Don’t recommend. Disgusting service.

Unfortunately, our visit to this Jimmy John's left much to be desired. No freaky fast here. Despite preordering through the app, the staff seemed unprepared and only started making our order upon our arrival. The service was slow, and the overall experience was dampened by unfriendly staff.

I shouldn’t give them even a 1 star!!Workers are so rude there. I always enjoy Jimmy John’s every where I go when I travel but this place is not a real Jimmy John’s. I don’t think they are really training their workers. All the workers have attitude and are mean. Please let them trained right way! Jimmy John’s head corporation office should know about this issue at this location!!

Food was good, but the music was super loud inside. Had to ask them to turn it down, once they "did" I still couldn't hear the person across my table. If your thinking about a cheap fun date somewhere do not sit inside, it made it awkward just to watch each other eat in silence.

Sandwiches were made incorrectly. The sandwiches themselves were like mixed up and ingredients I asked them not to put on were piled high on top. I tried to contact them, was accused of not telling the truth because they "remember making the sandwiches", and was hung up on twice. I have photos of the sandwiches and the receipt, and they still said I was lying. I go decently far out of my way, usually, to come to this Jimmy John's but this is by far the worst service... ever. A level of disrespect I have never experienced from any Jimmy John's before. When I called back the third time it was stated the manager was "having a bad day." Sorry to hear but it was not my fault that my sandwiches were incorrectly made. The end result was they "don't know how to help" me.
