“I love this place and come here at least once a week sometimes more. Went today 35 minutes before the scheduled close time of 6PM and was told I couldn't get a latte because the espresso machine had just been cleaned. Again, love this place just a little frustrating that you support local and this happens.“

“What an amazing little lunch spot. Can't wait to go back for breakfast sometime. Friendly service, good vibe, quaint space. Love to see this in the funny little town of Galien. In a town where it seems everything else has gone out of business, Ray & Al's is a bustling sandwich shop and bakery putting out excellent food.We tried the liverwurst sandwich, which seemed appropriate given all the German heritage in the area. It was good, but I'd try something else next time. It's a unique flavor profile worth trying at least once. You might love it!The Cuban sandwich had a great, smokey flavor to it.Macaroni salad was sweeter than we like it, but that's just personal preference.Baked goods were tasty - tried a chocolate donut and a gluten free brown butter oatmeal chocolate cookie. (it'd probably be even better NOT gluten free ;))Indoor was busy but tables turned fast. There are also a handful of outdoor seating options as well.Well done Ray & Al!“

“I went to a Starbucks at Heritage and ordered the medicine ball--something recommended to me for the virus/cold I got on my flight to IN. Having had it the night before from the Starbucks in Martin's which was DELICIOUS, I knew what it should taste like. This time I ordered a venti. We drive away and it was NOT the medicine ball of my prior visit. We ended up at Target for shopping. I took my venti medicine ball to Gabby, a barista at the Starbucks in Target. She doctored it up nicely and recommended I add honey and BAM the medicine ball from yesterday. I sat in that Starbucks while my peeps shopped. It was a hopping coffee shop. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick with orders. The line moved smoothly and everything I overheard was great reviews from customers. I would highly recommend.“

“Easy and convenient. Heritage Square Martin's Starbucks stand is a simple way of trying out the seasonal drinks while grabbing groceries or a quick bite to eat. Or walking around the outdoor shopping area when the weather is warm. I love hanging out here!“

“This is our 2nd time going to this location. The first experience was not that great. The 2nd was better. The first time, they made us feel like mobile orders were not a priority compared to those ordering directly from the store or the drive-thru.“

“As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can't help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.“

“This is the best service I have ever experienced. All of the baristas are kind, empathetic, hard working and do their jobs so well! Honestly, every one of the employees at this location are so full of personality!I've become a regular here, and though I do not know their names by heart, they know mine and they never fail to wow me! Each and every one of them has given smiles, enthusiastic hellos and goodbyes. They always offer great drinks and ideas. The place is always clean. It's so easy to talk with them, they are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. My drink is amazing every time! Matcha frappuccino and chai are always so good. The conversation is great. Hands down, the best service ever. Even when they are slammed with a rush and customers are being mean and impatient, they do an incredible job! These people deserve all the tips and I hope they get recognition for how awesome they are! ^_^“

“I was pleasantly surprised to get a decent flat white here. It still needs little bit more work to be perfect but the fact that my flat white came out with mostly micro bubble foam and had the “eye” was great to see.The staff was pleasant and not your typical standoffish crew.“
