“I had a great time at Hudson Lake Tavern. The Fried Mushrooms were absolutely delightful. The Smash Burgers were easily some of the best burgers around. The edges were perfectly crispy and the burger itself was cooked to perfection. The Tater Tots were crispy and delicious, and the drinks were oh so good. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable and won't hurt your pocketbook. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed, and the bartender was amazing, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a night out away from the kids, this is definitely the place to be. It's 21+, and perfect for a fun, relaxing evening. We will Definitely be back!”

“This was our first visit to the Staymaker, which is the restaurant within the Journeyman Distillery. We are visiting from Chicago and this was recommended and we were not disappointed! “It has the charm you expect and want from a roadside neighborhood diner. This was my second time eating there in a month. It is not fancy and doesn't need to be. You notice the regulars all know each other which is sweet. The coffee is great, and the food is hot and delicious. We all cleaned our plates and I brought home a piece of coconut cream pie for later because I am still stuffed 2 hours later. They have homemade jam you can buy to take home and enjoy too. They close early and I respect that but really think if they were open for dinner there would be no seats left.”

“This is our first time visiting Three Oaks, and first time at Froehlichs. It’s a wonderful eclectic interior, and you can also buy all sorts of coffees, jams, candles etc in the back area. The foods was really good! We had the pepper burger and a corn elote salad with salmon. For dessert we had a mixed fruit mini pie (so fresh!) and the chocolate cake. Both delicious! Our server Jane was very nice and attentive as well. We will be back for breakfast!”
