“First time here. Great breakfast sandwich and excellent Eggs Benedict. Lots of menu choices for breakfast and lunch. Attentive service. Full house on a Tuesday at lunchtime.”
“Nelson's service, setting, and food are always spot on and usually even better than anticipated. Recently discovered their Wednesday Mexican special. I loved the taco salad, edible bowl and all. My friend was equally pleased with his wet burrito.”
“Stopped in yesterday with my husband & cousin! Such a CUTE place, well priced, absolutely delicious spreads, bagel chips, pastries & tomato bread! Will be back!”
“I stopped for the “greek gyro” it’s a chicken gyro wrap, it was delicious. It was toasted with a great flavor and seasoning. I loved it, thanks for making my lunch taste awesome! I tried something new and absolutely loved it!”
“Happened upon this place when looking for a place for lunch. Cute store and restaurant. Only wish I had known there was a sandwich counter in the back. Maybe the host can let people know there is an option other than the restaurant.”
“This is the kind of hideaway sandwich and coffee shop that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a great secret that only the locals know about. The sandwiches are great (put the basil oil on your order and thank me later) and then you can finish your meal with a chocolate doughnut and infusco coffee. Incredible atmosphere & service that reminds you of what small towns are supposed to feel like ❤️”
“Cute little Cafe. Wonderful decor, amazing coffee and delicious food. Everything was so fresh and light. Oh and definitely get a muffin!!! Every flavor looked so yummy and huge! We got the Strawberry ? it had cream cheese and strawberries baked inside.”
“The food was excellent, service a bit scattered. I would give it 5 stars for the food 3.75 stars for the service and if y'all allowed 4.5 stars, that's where I would put it from our experience on that particular evening. Rounded it up to five stars on the basis of the food.”
“Delicious! We came here 4 years ago when we were visiting the area and we ended up having to do research to try to find what it was called to come back just today and it blew us away again now that we were able to make it back! Highly ”
“Infusco Coffee has become our go-to place when driving between the Detroit area and Chicago. Great people, good food and drinks, and lovely vibe! The only thing they’re missing is a changing table. I’ve let them know and hope to see it soon!Kid-friendliness: Our 1 month old loves coming and roaming around the place. People are friendly and take her so well.”
“I recently dined at The Terrace Room Restaurant with my work team. The dinner was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional which can be a challenge with a large group. The food was truly outstanding. The bruschetta, especially the apple pairing was so good. We all loved our food and the menu had a lot of delicious options from pasta, poultry, meat, and seafood. We may have ordered every dessert item and they were all fantastic. Whether for a team dinner or a romantic evening out, this establishment is sure to leave a lasting impression. We can't wait to return and explore more of what this culinary gem has to offer.”
“We checked this place out on our way through New Buffalo. Service was great and very friendly! I had the blackberry and the lemon cheesecake. My partner had the Carmel and banana cream pie. All of the flavors were excellent. The interior of the space was fun and full of memorabilia. There were spots around the parking lot to take pictures and relax.Dietary restrictions: They have some vegan optionsKid-friendliness: Kids would love this place”
“We don't come here a lot but I'm not sure why. This is a great breakfast joint. Their omlets and scrambles are on point. Eggs are perfectly cooked, and they actually put enough cheese in it. Most places skimp on the cheese. Not these guys! The kids absolutely love the Piggy pancakes. They use chocolate chips for the eyes, and the kids go crazy. The only complaint I have and it isn't really a complaint. it's just my preference. They don't butter your toast. The food came fast, and the service was great, and the place itself is very quaint. We will definitely be back!”
“This place has the best hard ice cream. Service is always good and the quality of the ice cream is top notch. They do have an area to sit outside too which is convenient.”
“Local Pour is a Gem! They are dedicated to Michigan Craft Beverages - what a worthy cause! Their curated selection of wines, beers, spirits, and mixers never disappoints and is constantly evolving. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, yet very easy to talk to. I was surprised at how large the selection of wines and beers they had on hand, and they make a good cocktail too.Not only do they offer great service and exciting events at Local Pour, but they also have a catering license. This means that you can have them pour Michigan wines, beers, and spirits at your own private event. My husband and I had Steve Salisbury, an employee at Local Pour, come to our house to present and pour wines for a wine dinner. Steve made everyone feel a part of the conversation, whether they were a wine aficionado or a novice. He gave great background information about Michigan wines in general as well as sharing the stories of the producers and vineyards. It was a memorable night for everyone! I highly recommend this service!”
“A really good local coffee and pastry place. Their mocha was delicious and so was their cinnamon bun muffin. They had a s'mores flavor of the day and I wish I'd seen it before I ordered.”
“Making it a point to try all the vegan baked goods I can find within a 45 minute radius of South Bend, and this place has so many yummy options! I tried the vegan cinnamon roll, cinnamon coffee cake, and scone. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Delicious vegan baked goods - scones, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and more that I did not get to try”
“This was my first time here. This is a quaint hometown breakfast and lunch restaurant in New Carlisle, Indiana. Our booth had comfortable seats and it was situated right over one of the heat ducts which made itnice and warm the entire time we were there!. Our server was polite and checked on us often enough to keep our drinks filled. I had the BLT club sandwich which was a triple decker! It was grilled with butter on the outside slices of bread and the tomatoes were nice and ripe and it had ample bacon slices. It was actually the best BTL I’ve ever had! My husband had the BBQ pork sandwich and said it was very delicious. I highly recommend Jennie Rae’s for hometown good cooking!”
“Wonderful atmosphere! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and warm. The food was even better too.The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that we did feel rushed during our dining experience. I just wish our server would’ve been more patient with us looking through the menu items.Overall though, I would highly recommend it.”
“Didn't order food so can't speak to that, but the vibes are immaculate here. Awesome back patio with cornhole, a fire pit, and foosball. Beer selection is fantastic, the tangerine wheat ale was honestly better than Oberon in my opinion. Plus $3 Malort shots for all of the Chicagoans visiting. If (like our group) you are camping at Warren Dunes and the DNR harassed you for drinking a beer at the state park, or just want a quick beer while in town, would highly recommend this place!”
“My family is obsessed with these donuts, they're HUGE! The breakfast pizza is another obsession of ours. For Christmas this year, we got a platter of sugar cookies... o.m.g. new obsession!!!”
“Came here with my fiancé during a Red Arrow Highway excursion. They only have drinks here, but what I did have was good, Dad got something and let me try some of it. Its also dog-friendly, which was cute to see.”
“The best build your own bagel sandwich and oatmilk cortado I've had in a long time! My husband, our friends and I were vacationing in New Buff for the New Year's weekend and came to David's for breakfast and were blown away, not only by their food and drinks but their excellent service! They also have amazing lunch and pastry options! You've got to visit and experience it for yourself, can't recommend them more!Vegetarian options: Can build your own sandwiches without meat and their lunch options are very vegetarian friendly!”
“The Diner and Jenn are always a great way to start my day. The comfort food breakfasts never disappoint. I appreciate the consistent service and meals that I have come to expect. If you are in need of a great country style breakfast and small town atmosphere, I highly recommend The Diner. They will not disappoint.”
“Alright, so we've lived in Philly and Chicago, tasted some top-notch food, you know? But The Historian? Man, it's right up there with the best!Started things off with those French deviled eggs – just wow! Then, I went for the tomahawk pork chop, and seriously, it's like they've mastered the art of making pork taste like heaven. Cut into it, and it's as smooth as butter. Me and the hubby gave it a solid "best pork chop ever" vote. ?Hubby tried the hanger steak, and it was pure deliciousness. The flavors, the tenderness – spot on. His old fashioned cocktail was also fabulousAlready planning our next date night at The Historian. It's a no-brainer; we're bringing our friends along for this foodie adventure. Can't wait to dive back into this tasty haven!”
“We were visiting the area due to a baseball tournament and decided to try this place out. I got the Pot Roast French Dip and it was perfect! Tender meat, lots of cheese, yummy sautéed onions and great aus ju! Highly recommend! Also great service!”
“This was a super cool spot to stop for a night cap! First, we loved the concept of reopening the deli at night as kind of a secret speak easy. The bartenders were hip and knowledgeable, the cocktail menu was well varied and well designed, and the drinks were amazing! My wife chose a Cosmo and it was delicious, and I had an old fashioned that was among the most carefully crafted I’ve ever had for the price. On a date night? Go here! Out with friends? Go here! Rough day of fishing? Go here! Is your favorite bar an Applebees where you can slurp a Bahama Mama? Go here and learn how great a bar and a drink can be!”
“Stopped in for dinner! Very nice place and atmosphere! The chips and salsa and steak were very good! We ended up splitting a Tampiquena meal and it proved to be enough for the both of us!Very friendly staff!”
“The atmosphere is more or less VFW/Legion. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Drinks very reasonable. Overall it felt like a corner bar I grew up in, in the region.”
“Glen was the best guide! He showed us the entire distillery and process, gave us the history, and explained each tasting in detail ? I wasn't a whiskey fan but he found a few I actually ”
