The biscuits and gravy were awesome here! My dad is from New Carlisle and suggested we go there. The bench out front is in memory of my brother so it was a bittersweet experience 💙 Liz was our server and she did awesome. Sorry for spilling the cream everywhere 😅

Easily best in the area, the biscuits are light and fluffy, yet solid enough to hold up to their chunky sausage gravy.
The gravy features a very hearty sausage to gravy ratio, and plenty of spices to give it a solid kick in the pants. It seems to be very thick, yet maintains a spreadable consistency.

Really enjoyed this place. Classic style breakfast with large portions and great flavors. Our servers were a hoot (Mouthy Mary & Lizzy) and took good care of us.
