About David's Delicatessen & Coffee

David's Delicatessen & Coffee is a popular spot in the small, charming town of New Buffalo, Michigan, known for its best sandwiches in the area, featuring Boar's Head meat and cheese. The deli offers fresh baked goods, bagels, and a "hipster cool" atmosphere, making it a favorite for coffee, breakfast, and internet hangouts. Customers praise their breakfast sandwiches and lattes, which are delicious and well-made. The outdoor space provides a great place to enjoy the food and atmosphere. The deli also has a fun deli counter with toys in jars, adding a playful touch. The food is very good, with favorites like the Breakfast Rubin and the David's Ruben, which is highly recommended for its special sauce. Coffee is absolutely delicious, especially the iced caramel macchiato, which is highly recommended. The place offers hearty sandwiches, sides, drinks, and sweet treats all for under $20, making it a good value. Although the cinnamon roll was not a hit, the Reuben breakfast sandwich is a standout. The friendly staff works hard to serve customers quickly, even when busy, and there is plenty of street parking nearby. Despite being crowded at times, the atmosphere remains inviting. This place is considered a true gem and a must-stop for visitors in the area.
